(NOTE: Even though we reached our $500 goal, that was really just a number. We are using this site as an easy way to take in funds. Our expenses are still into the thousands and need to pay it off to make the next one for you!)
On August 7th, 2016, we set out to record an album to honor one of our heros, Clark Terry. In the UNH Music Department's band room (a room that Clark had taught us in for 40 years) we brought together some of the best jazz musicians and educators from around New England, all of whom were affected positively at some point in their lives by CT.
The album also features (on 8 out of the 10 tracks) three outstanding vocalists, Sharon Jones (of Portsmouth N.H. fame), Chris Humphrey, and Michelle Mailhot, as well as our main trumpeter and flugelhorn player on the album, Trent Austin, owner of Austin Custom Brass based in Boston, Ma.
All proceeds are being matched dollar for dollar with half going towards the Clark Terry/Dave Seiler/Paul Verrette Scholarship Fund at UNH, and half to the Cocheco Valley Humane Society located in nearby Dover N.H. So, if you give $20 (which goes towards the enormous costs of production), another $20 goes to each of the above, split into $10 each.

Risks and challenges
While we only put $500 as our financial goal, our hopes are to raise as much as possible to have matched towards scholarship and charity. Production costs are well into the thousands already.
