First of all, big thanks to all our backers. Although our Kickstarter campaign has attracted tremendous enthusiasm, during the last couple of weeks it’s become obvious that we are not going to meet our goal. Because of this we have decided concentrate on our efforts on the pre-order campaign.

We Finns are not used to giving up so easily, and we are hell-bent to keep on developing the game with our supporters, shaping it into something that no racing game fan can afford to pass. We have this thing called sisu in Finnish, meaning strength of will, and we’re counting on that each of you have a bit of sisu in you!

As a thank-you to our faithful fans, we have decided to release a PLAYABLE technology sneak peek, and it’s available RIGHT NOW to all our pre-order supporters. The sneak peek features a playground that we use internally to test various features various like car damage and environment destruction. The best thing about it is that you will get a chance to have fun and wreak havoc with an amazing 24 cars!

In the full game the action will take place on many locations, including a number of race tracks and derby arenas. We're also going to improve the gameplay and technology on many fronts such as car damage and handling, and our Early Access customers will get a chance to experience these improvements first-hand during the Early Access phase!

We really hope that most of you want to continue supporting us and Next Car Game through our website. To make the game happen, we need your support more than ever.

Support us now and get access to play sneak peek right away! Join the team: WWW.NEXTCARGAME.COM

As I didn't have a gaming PC in the first place, my small but significant Kickstarter donation was to fund your game in the hope that it would come to consoles eventually. Unfortunately, I'm not going to preorder a game I won't be able to play. Best of luck with the preorders however.

@Didis29 - You did get email from send owl? And it had "You will later need the following license key:"? Below that I have link to wallpaper, that works for sneak peek demo too. But maybe send owl pre-order email different now. I got mine back in September.

Also remember to use key to get your badge at Bugbear forum after you register, profile has option to register key to get forum badge.

Okay but I just received two messages one for the detail of the order and the order to say that my subscription to their list has been confirmed and no email to describe that I can access! I think they forgot one thing no?

    4. Creator Purple44 on November 23, 2013

@Didis - It been posted you can use the wallpaper link that came in first send owl email when you first place pre-order, to get demo:

Quote Andreaz1 - You get a link after you have completed your order with your transaction ID and license key. It also says "You can download your purchase from" followed by a link. That is where you download the wallpapers from.

The link for sneak peek demo come in an email from Bugbear, https://www.sendowl.com/orders/XXXXXX/download/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

      @Purple44 - Thanks but i have pre-order the game and i didn't have the link. Maybe I don't see the link^^

    6. Creator Purple44 on November 23, 2013

@Didis29 - If go to Bugbear pre-order page ( http://nextcargame.com/pre-order/ ) and pre-order, Bugbear will send you an email with your download link with key.

      Best. Need edit

    8. Creator daquack on November 22, 2013

Beat of luck and I'll be checking out your preorder page

    9. Creator Didis29 on November 22, 2013

Just a question. And when we have pre order how can we download the demo?

    10. Creator Alexis Rossignol on November 22, 2013

Hey guys, why don't releasing the sneak peek demo right now to backers ? If this demo looks nice with physics and damage rendering, then I'll consider for pre-ordering right now !

    11. Creator Purple44 on November 22, 2013

Having a blast playing around with the sneak peek demo. You guys should pre-order if you can. Demo looking gorgeous with my 660 video card and sound good too!. :)

Ya, Kickstarter would of got an extra $100,000 surge the first week if us hardcore Flatout fans that were ok with using paypal, had not already pre-ordered. Now to find out if I can upgrade my old pre-order to get the t-shirt.

      @ Michael Matloka

It's not cancelled. Next Car Game got like 3700 pre-order since this Septeber and most likelly this is the cause of failed KS - most dedicated fans already have pre-ordered this game. So can you.

    14. Creator Michael Matloka on November 22, 2013

I hope there's still a chance to release this game!

    15. Creator mrd on November 22, 2013

Really annoyed that this wasn't working. What is wrong with people!? Your guys driving games are the best. BEST. Well I'll be pre-ordering instead.

    16. Creator Adonael on November 22, 2013

It is really unfortunate that the campaign failed, I was a huge fan of FlatOUT 1 & 2 (but not ultimate carnage, I think the 'rubber banding' was massively increased compared to 2 and it made it too frustrating). I went to pre-order on the site instead, turns out I already have and completely forgot.

    17. Creator Kristijonas Jalnionis on November 22, 2013

Purchased Weekend Smasher off your website right away! Can't wait to try out the sneak peak, and not to mention, the game itself! Good luck, guys!

    18. Creator Naomi Baron on November 22, 2013

It sucks that you guys had to cancle the campaign. Some campaings see great last second donations which save the whole campaign.

I know I'm not pre-ordering the game. Not because of you guys, but out of principal. If I buy a game, I want to see a review first before I give you my money. Making me pledge to give you money BEFORE you show me the sneak peek feels kinda wrong for me.

    19. Creator Peter Hjalmarsson on November 22, 2013

Well that sucks! Sorry guys - I'm putting my trust in you by pre-ordering instead. Go-go-go!
