Katharina grew up raising chickens, cows and horses in Austria. Later in Hong Kong, she noticed that most food was imported and meat production in particular is largely unsustainable, both for consumers and our environment.
After the first prototype Farm432, together with the Livin Farms team, they started out on a mission to make edible insects available as a converter of food waste and as an independent, healthy and sustainable food for everyone.
