Meet Carol, JM, and Mackenzie the event planners of Awesome Affair. These planners might not have it all together, but together they have the delusional confidence and sensible taste to climb the ranks in the competitive world of event planning.
How Planners Came To Be...
Kimberly, Phillip, and Elizabeth met serving table 42 at a huge event for the catering company they work for. Phillip and Elizabeth were observing the calculated way the event planners were deciding between color swatches and seating arrangements when Kimberly confessed that she was once an event planner. Phillip dropped a tray of wine glasses in shock. Elizabeth went to get a broom and a notebook, and thus the idea for Planners was created. Table 42 is still waiting for their wine.
Why Planners Needs Your Help...
Kimberly, Phillip, and Elizabeth have written eight episodes for the first season of Planners and need your help to make their ideas become a reality. Planners will begin filming over the next couple of months with a projected release in the spring of 2014. Your donations will help cover production costs which include location fees, equipment rentals, paying the cast and crew for all their wonderful talents, and other miscellaneous costs that come with creating a quality show for everyone to enjoy. We appreciate any amount you can contribute to help us with our new web series Planners.

Risks and challenges
Planning an event is expensive, but planning a show about planning an event is even more expensive. The biggest challenge the Planners face is having the budget needed to make the series what they envisioned it to be and have it truly be an Awesome Affair.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
