Oh happy days! Had to wait til I woke up to listen to the cd. But the poster, oh yes, it is framed along the other JE posters I have. Kudos Sir Ronnie. Will be more than happy to back any other projects that you have in the furture.

Just received my copy of DMA. the CD sleeve is a cardboard bi-fold with all the "executive producers" - ie: us listed on the right side. the CD is itself is yellow with no printing on it, and the rest of the sleeve itself has minimal-to-no text except for the back which lists the credits, and title.

The music itself is fun and great - what you'd expect from Joy E.

Ronnie, Just curious if the backers that get their names in the "Liner Notes" if you will just take our names off our orders, or if we could possible have Me and my wifes name (like a Andrew and Marie Eshleman) instead? it would mean a ton to us. (After our "You may now kiss the bride" at our wedding we BLASTED "Sugar Rush" as we walked out of the theater we were married in so your a big part of our life :-) )

Yes! We made it to $12,000, twice the original goal! This makes me very happy.

Somebody dropped their spot on the $100 pledge & I was able to upgrade from the $75 before it disappeared. So excited to get the handwritten lyrics from Ronnie!

This just goes to show how special Joy Electric is to many, many people. May it never end!

This is so exciting! I'm so glad to have a new Joy Electric album coming.

Roy: Even though the goal is already met, the fundraiser will still go until April 19. Anything extra collected will be just gravy. I'm secretly hoping that if a whole lot is collected, there might be something of a tour for the new album :)

Such great proof that the JE fanbase is still alive and kickin!

    12. Roy Batty on March 21, 2012

Does this mean you're going to start production on DMA sooner?
Can we expect an earlier release?

What kind of dollar amount will that take?

    13. Tom Braun on March 21, 2012

Ronnie, you totally have my blessing to use the extra money to buy that one piece of equipment that you don't really NEED but secretly wanted.

    14. Jim Au on March 21, 2012

And we are over the top! I am really eager to see this one come out. From Ronnie's interview, it sounds really interesting. Go JE!

    15. Don Walton Jr on March 21, 2012

      You got this on lock.

In the past month I've gotten to help probably my top two musicians ever make their new records! Incredibly honored! So much love I have for Ronnie and Jason!!

    17. Meg Glenn Carafa on March 20, 2012

    18. Paul Crockett on March 20, 2012

A chance to support one of my favorite musicians and get my name in his liner notes? Heck yeah!

    19. Ryan S. on March 20, 2012

Who else envisions the album liner notes having like 10 pages worth of people's names? =^D

    20. Miguel Camilo on March 20, 2012

so glad this is finally happening. will it be too much to ask for hi-res digital artwork 600x600 - 900x900px) for my iTunes library?

$100 for you, good sir. I love the entire J.E. catalog, I can't wait for DMA! Maybe it will even top the Ministry of Archers (If that's even possible).

    25. Chelsea Matthews on March 20, 2012

Sweet! More than halfway there!! Wooohooo!

    26. Andrew Eshleman on March 20, 2012

Been a Ronnie Martin fan from rainbow riders to the fox glove hunt, Shepard, Brothers martin I have been following and growing with his music and his lyrics, I am proud to continue to support him any way possible, I hope some day he will visit Eugene Oregon for a amazing concert. I'll be sharing this on my Facebook and twitter.

    27. Nicholas on March 20, 2012

I'm very glad I get a chance to back a JE album. The White Songbook opened the door to synth/electronic music for me.

There are very few physical albums I ever pick up and a JE album is always on that list.

Been a fan for about 16 years so I can't wait for some more JE goodness.

    30. Chelsea Matthews on March 20, 2012

Few things are as exciting to me as new music by JE! :D

    31. Anna Atkinson on March 20, 2012

Glad to be a part of this project- been listening since the 'Robot Rock' days.

    32. Ryan S. on March 20, 2012

I think the goal will be reached pretty easily, and very soon! 8-)
