...aaannnd we're back!

GDC was a great opportunity for us to meet other talented developers, press, and potential partners.  We are thrilled to report that feedback on the game is unanimously favourable, and while we still have a long way to go, the road is made easier by the knowledge that people like what we're up to :)

Right around the corner is PAX East!  We've got just a shade over 2 weeks of dev time to polish our playable and bring it to the show - details below.

Pledge Checkout Survey Will be Coming in 2-3 Weeks

It takes about two weeks from the end of the campaign for all of your payments to clear and the money to be released to us.  After that happens, we will be setting up the checkout process in BackerKit.  When that setup is finished, you will receive a simple checkout survey via email.

In this survey, you'll confirm the email address and physical address (if you pledged for physical goods) that you want used for reward fulfillment.  If you pledged extra for add-ons or international shipping, you'll also get a chance to designate that and correct any errors.  Finally, you'll get a chance to purchase any add-ons if you decide you want any.

The great thing is, if your information changes over the next year (e.g. if you move), you can update it in BackerKit easily.  This puts you in charge of keeping your info up to date, which helps us focus on game development!

We'll keep you updated, but that survey should be happening in a couple weeks.

When Can I Personalize my Hero, Design a Trinket, etc.?

If your reward tier includes any of the personalize/design activities, we'll be in touch later in development about doing that.  It won't happen for at least 2 months, and may be later than that.  Rest assured that we won't forget! We have additional design work to do before those surveys can be created.

When Will I Get My Art Book, Estate Map, Adventuring Journal, Soundtrack, or Art Print?

Most of those items won't be available until we finish development of the game--can't have a complete art book without the art to fill it, or the soundtrack without the songs!

Some items might become available sooner than game release. We'll keep you posted as we plan it out!

Future Update Schedule

Thanks to your support, we are able to shift back to a game development focus.  This means that updates will be less frequent than during the Kickstarter campaign, but we want to establish a schedule to keep you informed of our progress.  You can look forward to regular monthly updates, often accompanied with a livestream - except whenever big news happens that we just can't wait on!

We've been fortunate to have several very active members in our comments, posting Darkest Fiction and even fanart.  We are looking into forum solutions and things that make it easier for you all to gather and chat about the game in between these updates.  Stay tuned!

PaxEast - April 11-13 in Boston!

We can confirm that we will be at PaxEast, exhibiting the game! That's right - attendees can get their hands on our early playable and experience the combat portion of the game.  Hope to see you there!

So how many Eldrich gods do we have to kill to gain access to the game at PAX East. I've been hoarding them for just such an occassion

@All Thanks for the well-wishes. I'm looking forward to showing more once we get PAX behind us, and we can settle into a nice cadence.
