Thank you so much for your reply. Unfortunately, or should I say fortunately?, my daughter reminded me of what the Stabiliser looked like. I was looking for a larger box. Long story short, we've managed to localize it. So sorry for bothering you. Needless to say, a replacement shipment won't be necessary. I hope there's still time to stop it.

Everyone should have there Stabiliser by now. Yours was sent on the 30th May but it looks like it was lost by the looks of the tracking information. New one will be on its way on Monday.

Wondering when my replacement for the badly packaged, broken stabilizer will arrive? I sent you the photo of my broken one just under a month ago, as you requested, and have heard not a peep from you. I'm not impressed with your customer service, to say the least. When can I expect my replacement?
Carbon fibre Stabilisers are been calibrated and will be printed shortly. These are the last pledge level to be shipped. All other awards have now been shipped.

Mine also is broken; do I need to do anything more than comment here to get a replacement?
As messaged below, we have learnt some of the first ones sent by our courier were badly packed and handled. We have now notified them regarding this issue and it has been rectified. All new ones will be sent in much better packaging and therefore should not be broken during transit.
New ones will be sent to anybody who has a broken one next week.

Like many others, mine was broken due primarily to inadequate packaging. Also, you had told me that a blue lighting arm would accompany the stabilizer due to the fact that mine was defective. It was not part of the package
Received my Stabiliser today and one of the legs was broken in half, what do I need to do to get a replacement?

What us the present position re delivery of the stabiliser?
I wholeheartedly agree LeeAnne. Again, I'm all for helping develop ideas such as the Adaptalux, but in my head, when I pledged for one, I imagined that it must have some kind of clever weighting system built in to allow it stand free - upon trying to use for the first time properly onsite with a client, I embarrassingly failed... and haven't used it since. I've no issues funding this add-on as we do need to encourage inventive ventures – and have done so looking forward to receiving one.
A nice gesture in the future may be to release the 3D files into the public domain so we can print our own.
So its safe to say this will be funded ... do you still have plans to do the Stage or the Background Setter products?
I pledged for this campaign reluctantly, and only because the Adaptalux is so unstable when used on a flat surface that it's nearly unusable to me without a stabilizer. It seems to me that: A) the need for the stabilizer should have been obvious during your initial development of the product; B) that this stabilizer should have been provided for free to people who've already purchased the system because it's essential; and C)) if you couldn't do it for free, the price is way, way too high. I'm purchasing it under protest, only because the Adaptalux so desperately needs it.
