Have you ever played any real game about the flip-flop? I didn’t and I can’t find any games about flip-flop that’s why I create this flip-flop. Flip Flop Fly is not something fancy like RPG, MMO, strategy, racing…. It is a time killing game; a simple game that will help people release stress after a long day working, when they have a little free time when they done their Facebook checking, done with news, they will turn on this app to play for the rest of little free time with their smart divide. Game is for Android. Later if it will be success I would be extend for IOS. I've worked on this game for more than 6 months by my self. I did everything: idea, layout, texture, environment, animation...
The idea of game came from the traditional game in some Asia Countries: throwing flip flop, so via this game I want let the players know that there are a lot of funny game out there.
‘Flip Flop Fly’ the name means everything: a flip-flop and it flies- player throw it, so it flies, and where it flies to? And what it flies for? You will know later with below descriptions.
The main and only objective of game is trying to throw the flip-flop to wipe out the entire smart phone out of the area. Player will use finger to swipe on phone to stabilize the rpm of the thrower and press the launch button when ready. The rpm will slow down as quickly as players release finger out of screen. So to stabilize the rpm of thrower in game is a big challenge because each time your throw, will be the difference of rpm it means, the difference of the power of the throw. Higher level will be more difficult with the windy, and the barricades. Players can use curbs, wall, and objects as a cushion to bounce the flip-flop.

Weight: the weight of flip-flop: the more weight the more require more RPM to throw it.
Slide: Flip-flop will slide when on surface.
Aero: Flip-flop doesn't effect by the wind.
Smartphone: let's destroy smart phone so that we can play real game out there... :)

Stability: the lower stability the faster thrower slow down when player release finger.
Rotary: the rotation of flip flop when flying, the more rotation the more destroy when flip flop hit targets.
• The same as other projects on Kickstater, I want to fund for my budget. Because I am the only one for this project and I need money to hire a freelance programmer and buy sound effect to finish my game.
• Further more I want to know what other people think about my game. If I can fund for my game, it means people loves my game.

Nhan Nguyen: Project Operator.
He is a last term student at Westwood College major in game art. He is the only one of this project so his role is Project manager, 3d modeler, props designer, texture artist, concept artist, graphic designer and... janitor! :) He has a very deep skill in 3d environment but he isn't good at programing so he need another person cares about programming.
You: the backers
You are the backers with the important role for my project: helping the project's finical problem. You are helping me to shorten distance of my project to reach the goal.
with the 9000$ funding, I would find programmer in Vietnam. Labour in Vietnam is much cheaper than in US. it will cost $600 - $700 for each month of paying. I can save every penny for hiring programmer there.
Risks and challenges
The risk of my project: I don't have a programmer and I will hire a freelance programmer after I fund money. I had partner at school, but they gave up because they faced their some issue: homework, part time job, their finance doesn't allow them to follow this project. I am a student too, I could not help them about financial problems, so I decided to work alone and fund budget from Kickstater to hire some freelance programmers. I did contact with some guys and all the programmer guys tell me that: “its very simple to program the game like that!" but absolutely if you want some one follow you to help you through the project, must have money to pay for them. They can help for a few things but they need money to pay their bills.
Game will be delivered on May, 2015 it means I have 11 months to work on and testing. After I can fund money, I will fly back to Vietnam, there are a lot good programmers with the low paying so I can save every penny. All the graphics are ready, only waiting for programing. 5 environments with 20 levels each = 100 levels to be worked on. 11 months are enough for programing 100 levels and testing.

the strength of this project is the way of playing, players must keep swipe on screen to stabilize the rotation of thrower before launch. its a new style of playing, a big challenge to player. I think with the new style of playing, my game would be success.
