It takes a lot of things to put on a show.  There are the props and costumes, the set, the sound equipment, and a number of other things that have to be bought, built, or rented.  We're going all-out with a multi-level set, out-of-this-world costumes, and a fascinating array of space gadgets and doodads for your viewing pleasure (See the video above for a taste of what's to come).  $1,000 will help us cover equipment rental, wood and paint for set building, the odds and ends that go into props and costumes, and the materials for putting all those things together. We are presenting the show to the entire community with free admission, so we hope for your support. If we raise more than $1,000 we will put the money towards our next show and the recording of an album.

The songs in the show tell the story of Apollo Neumann, a game show contestant who wins the opportunity to save the world on an expedition to the farthest reaches of the universe.  But things are not all that they seem, and he finds himself stranded on a strange planet in the middle of a war, in love with a princess, and followed around by a mysterious character who sings his inner thoughts.

We are members of the Sheboygan community, coming together to kick off the events of Earthfest with the craziest blend of rock and roll storytelling you're likely to see for a long time yet. If you really want to feel involved, we're asking everyone in the audience to dress up as a spaceman, or an alien, or a jedi, or a Klingon, or  . . . . ?

The performance is August 17th, 2012 at Sheboygan's Fountain Park at twilight.  Admission is free, but please consider donating here before you take your seat or when you get home (we're going to keep our Kickstarter campaign open until the end of August).  See you at the show. It will be a night to remember
