We're using the powerful platform of crowd funding to raise funds for this short film. In order for us to get the best project out to you (the Viewer) we need to take care of the people who have graciously donated their time and talent by feeding them and giving them the proper tools to be able to complete their tasks on set. Some of the items we will be using for shoot will include:
- Camera gear (lenses)
- Make up artist supplies
- Security (Very important)
- Lighting/Grip Truck
These are just a few things we'll need and your donation will be used for those things as well as anything else we might need for our shoot.
L. Jeffrey Moore (Actor, Writer, Co-Producer)
As a child, L. Jeffrey Moore would go to see every science fiction and action adventure movie his parents would allow. After seeing them he would recreate his favorite scenes with his friends in his backyard. His true love, however, was Richard Donner’s “Superman.” That was the movie that began his path to filmmaking. Jeff received his BFA in theater from NCA&TSU and studied briefly at the prestigious American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco CA. Jeff always had a curiosity on how things work behind the scenes so he began to teach himself the art of filmmaking by reading as much as he could about the craft. Robert Rodriguez’s “Rebel without a crew” was a major inspiration.
Jeff returned to school to get his M.A. from the Savannah College of Art and Design in Media and Performing Arts. It was there that he began taking production classes in screenwriting and videography as well as taking part in the schools film festival and always being around the filmmaking scene in Savannah, Ga.
When Jeff is not leaping tall buildings and saving cats from trees he and his 6 year old son Banneker put on capes and fly around the house.

Risks and challenges
As with any piece of work there are many challenges that can keep artists from creating. From not having enough resources (money, materials, manpower etc) The Rage can risk not being seen at all, however the defining factor in this is simple. Finish it by any means. With careful planning, casting and having an awesome crew we can plan to minimize the pitfalls of not bringing this project to fruitionLearn about accountability on Kickstarter
