A few people have been asking, so I'm posting an update to make it clear.
All aspects of this Kickstarter project, from the video to the text to the update photos to the soundtrack samples, has been placed in the public domain. It can all be freely reused and modified with absolutely no restrictions, for any purpose, and no permission necessary.
Not like I could stop you from doing this even I wanted to (without installing 2 billion cameras in 2 billion homes). But I don't want to.
Some of you may have noticed that the Kickstarter-exclusive soundtrack is now live and available on Bandcamp. To access it, you need to follow the instructions on the slip of paper that you received with your Kickstarter rewards.

If you lost your slip or wasted your code accidentally before October 31, just email me, and I'll get you a new code right away: jasonrohrer@fastmail.fm
The last two days were busy: Yesterday, two mail vans came by to pick up a total of 861 USA-bound packages, and today I spent three hours processing the remaining 302 international packages at the post office (thanks to Wanda, the counter clerk who helped me with this mountain of mail). I left the post office with a receipt that was 26 ft (8 m) long, and an international postage bill of $4,927.95.
A few VERY important things for backers:
Now, some additional news:
For those of you who missed out on the campaign, the regular edition of the game is available for mail order purchase right now: http://diamondtrustgame.com/buy.php
And if you're going to PAX Prime this weekend in Seattle, Tom and I will see you there as part of the Kickstarter games program. We'll be selling copies of Diamond Trust at our table in the Kickstarter room at the Grand Hyatt (Building E), so stop by, try the game, and save on shipping. If you bring your DS, we'll even be able to upload the game to you wirelessly (it will remain playable on your DS until you power-off).
The freight truck just came and dropped two pallets off at my house. 126 cartons, 48 units per carton, and from an initial survey, everything is here (21 boxes of special editions, including one partial box of 40, and 105 boxes of regular editions, including one partial box of 8).
Pictures below. "Duel Screen," eh?. The fellow included for size reference is Novy, 21 months old.
