About this project
We want to create a revolution - in Miami food trucks, that is. We want to create a 100% vegetarian restaurant on wheels, that infuses food, music and compassion throughout South Florida. Locally sourced ingredients, biodegradable packaging and love are what we're all about! The best way we can think to spread the word of this lifestyle is to bring delicious eats to the people. We already have the truck, we just need some funds to fix it up and get it on the road!
This truck will show people compassion. We don't have to eat animals to enjoy delicious food! We will source our ingredients locally and humanely (no factory farming). Not only that, but our goal is to use all biodegradable and eco-friendly resources for our packaging. We want to give people options - not only will we be 100% vegetarian, but we will have tons of vegan and gluten-free options as well. There is a large community that is being left out of this food truck scene and they need to be fed, too!
Not only are you supporting animals and the environment, but you are also supporting your local community and us! This is our passion and dream and we need your help to make it happen.

4 Cheese Mac: cheddar, fontina, gruyere and pecorino
"Bacon" Mac: faux bacon and cheddar
Veggie Mac: lite cheddar, parmesan, cauliflower, Portobello mushrooms, roasted garlic, broccoli
Vegan Mac: daiya cheddar (v)
Fried "Chicken": seitan drumsticks served with honey mustard and BBQ
Sweet potato fries (gf, v)
Fried okra (gf, v)
Fried green tomatoes with remoulade (gf, v)
Collard Greens (gf, v)
Cucumber & corn salad (gf, v)
Coleslaw (gf, v)
Coconut-Pecan Pralines (gf, v)
