      Tom,
This sounds like a tremendous idea for a book. The Barns of Pennsylvania and Maryland in many ways were works of art. To capture them is tremendous. I know that development in Maryland has brought about the loss of some real treasures. Good Luck with your project. Are you only using Facebook to get the word out regarding this project? I know that Linked-in has several Penn State sites such as Alumni, Alumni Association, and others all with strong utilization. Best of Luck

Hi!! I think this is an awesome idea! My paternal grandfather used to love looking at all the barns and farms along route 80 as he'd drive from Newark, NJ to visit us in State College. I hope your funding project succeeds!

      Sincerely, Jeanne Selby PSU '81
