      Bread - sandwich, rolls, banana bread, croissant
      I would also like to see things kids can help with. We cooked together all the time before one child needed to be gluten free...

      I feel like biscuits are important, but Croissants are like the Holy Grail of gluten free. If you can discover a gluten free croissant recipe I can make at home, your work will be worth ten times what it costs to create.

      I'll second the bread machine bread recipe. Of course, having to buy 8 different types of flour to make a decent bread at home probably won't be any less expensive :)

      I'd like to see a section of meals and snacks for kids. Things they'll eat, but also things they can help make. It's really hard being a picky, celiac 4-year-old -- and not so easy trying to feed one, either.

      Pizza crust! Oh please include a pizza crust. As a fellow Twin Cities person, I have come to adore Pizza Luce's gluten free crust, but have never been able to find its equal in a make-at-home recipe. I challenge you to match (or surpass) Luce's crust in deliciousness!

      Given that we're coming up to the holidays, what's on my mind is gluten free bakery. I have yet to find a really good GF pie crust recipe, and I'm not sure what I'm going to do about Christmas cookies. It's a tradition that the women in my family get together for a weekend of baking before the holidays, and I'm going to either have to spend a weekend baking things I can't eat or take a chance on what will happen in trying to convert our usual recipes.

      I'm not into sweet stuff, or what I call dough-y stuff in general. Bread, pizza base, etc. - very often tastes like paper, from what I remember of my gluten-worry-free youth, and the "free from" stuff is even worse. Sure, not liking dough products is great for gluten-free living. Not so great if you enjoy the stuff you usually put on top of the evil stuff. Pizza without pizza base is just veg with cheese. Putting ham on lettuce is neither tasty nor satisfying. It would be great to get something gluten-free that serves as a base and tastes great at the same time - even by itself.

      I could probably think of all sorts of things I'd like to see. Cakes, pies, cookies, and other desserts, of course. Orange chicken, General Tso's chicken, Sesame chicken, anything like that (the kids used to love going to the Chinese buffet). I'd especially like to see an easy-to-make and inexpensive gluten-free sandwich bread, preferably using a bread machine. The store-bought stuff is soooo expensive!
