Gluten Free Square Root Tart!
As you know, yesterday was Pi Day... but did you know that in just under 3 weeks, it'll be Square Root Day? 4/4/16!
I took a quick break from developing and writing recipes for the book, to come up with something people could serve in observation of the fairly rare day.
It's a gluten-free Square Root Tart!
It's square, and it's full of roots - the veggies on top, as well as horseradish as a base custard.
Additionally, I swapped out cornstarch in my base, go-to crust recipe, so this is also appropriate for those with corn issues.
