So, we're just under 2 days into the campaign, and just $50 shy of the halfway mark already!

It's been a quiet day for the campaign today, but hey - it's Valentine's Day, so I guess many people have others things on their minds!
In keeping with that thought, let me share a (unretouched! The colour is a little weird, sorry!) photo from yesterday's shoot:
That is chocolate dessert ravioli with a semi sweet ricotta filling, and Kahlua cream sauce. SO good!
The nice thing about it is that it actually works up much more nicely as a gluten-free recipe, than my original, wheat flour original version. The use of fats and starches in this create a dough that is super easy to work with, and doesn't have the frustrations I find with making normal chocolate pasta - cocoa tends to dry out the pasta, so it can be fussy to reach a balance with. The use of starches holds moisture in, creating a dough that doesn't break as easily when rolling out.
Who ever expected to say that of GF dough? :) I love it when that happens!
