The Green Tide...
They came swarming across the battlefield, almost unnumbered. No two were alike in equipment, armament, or even expression. And to this day, I have no idea how we survived...
Everyone loves orcs - they're the quintessential fantasy humanoid monster. And with this set, you can 3D print an almost unlimited number of them. Dozens of heads, torsos, arms, legs, and extras like pauldrons, shields, and... riding boars?!? ... are included, which can mix and match for literally billions of combinations.
To be exact? 6,299,741,952 - NOT counting the different boars, or different positions of the arms!
Archers, tribal orcs, heavy armored juggernauts, and basic boyz, with everything from spears and swords to stone axes and machuatls, they can be every kind of orc you need.
In addition, both simple, flat bases, and "badlands" textured bases (shown above) are included, in both rectangular/square and rounded versions.
Forty six heads.
More than thirty of each arm ...
And much, much more!
A note about the Commercial Print License:
1 ) All aspects of the final Green Tide product, including any stretch goals met bu end of KS funding period, with no limitation of duration. If you can still print them in 200 years (assuming some magical youthening treatment), you can still sell them.
2 ) Applies to unlimitend numbers of 3d printed units, or limited runs of cast products (not more than 50 per combined figure, or 150 total figures, per business quarter). Any further would require personal negotiation.
Should the Green Tide get funded, several additional expansions are planned:
$5,000 goal: MET!!!
Goblins! Yes, goblins. Perhaps not as variable as the orcs, these little guys will be divided into tops, bottoms, and heads, allowing quite a few little grots to be tagging along their bigger cousins as trap finders, coal mine canaries, and an emergency food source!
And a quick view of the heads:
War machines! Catapult, chariot, and more implements of mass destruction, each with an appropriately orky flair! After all, why just chuck rocks with your nasty rock thrower, when you can chuck captured enemies!
The Bosses! If funding reaches this level, then the two fiendish minds behind the Green Tide finally show their faces! The mighty War Leader, on the back of a vicious, barely controlled wyvern, and the terrifying Dark Shaman, rising a savage three-headed chimera! Both will also be available on foot, should they decide their mounts are just too much trouble.
Risks and challenges
As a purely digital product, the only risk lies in the project not meeting funding goals.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
