This collection is an informal retrospective on the last ten years of my work. Each portrait, whether botanical or human, is personally significant to me. I'm thrilled to finally have a venue to show them all together!
Each image will be printed on wood panels, in a process that injects the ink directly into the wood like a tattoo. There will be no white ink, so the wood grain will be a part of each piece. After I get the prints back, I will finish them with a few subtle paint details, making this a multimedia project.
Here are the images I am hoping to print. All are available for prepurchase through our various reward levels. I'm asking backers to prebuy the actual art for the exhibition. Not only do you get rewards for this project, you will own part of it.
The above three landscape portraits will be printed at a 20"x 30" ratio. They are available for prepurchase at the $275 reward level. With all of my images, the paint details will not detract from the main focal point. They will be subtle, but poignant.
The above seven portraits will be printed at a 16" x 20" ratio. They will be available for prepurchase at the $180 reward level.
All of the above botanical portraits will be available to choose at the $80 level. With all of the images, once one is claimed, it will no longer be available for purchase.
The stickers for the $50 reward level will be some combination of flowers and portraits. If there is an image you are really hoping to get, let me know, and I'll try and accommodate that.
Special thanks to everyone who helped me shape this project.

UPDATE: I decided to add a bonus drawing to the $1 and up reward level. Each person that contributes at that level will be entered into a drawing for one of the 6"x6" botanical prints!
Risks and challenges
I know I can put together a good show with $1,000, which is why it's my goal amount, but I actually need $1,900 to print everything, so that's my secondary goal.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
