      They just confirmed that Mantikhor is going to be available as on add-on.

      @ MikeR & Justin Rockwood - I'm guessing with the way Foxtales came through with the Manticore for Rebellion backers, I would not be surprised they offer it as an add-on at some point. It seems they really want to please their backers. :)

      Totally agree !! While passion can be misconstrued, I would hope those here want to see the campaign and the creators succeed. Their vision and creativity has developed something special.
      Stumbles and missteps are to be expected with first-time creators and constructive, respectful criticism should never be shouted down. I know my urgency has, at times, come across as impatience but that is because I've seen how delays in responses to concerns can tank a campaign. I am enthusiastic about this campaign and want it to be a stellar success.
      (I also want to be able to get that Manticore as an paid add-on ;-)

      Thank you for the video !! Poor sounds was a fair trade-off to see the game in action. There are some interesting ideas and game mechanics and I look forward to seeing more.

      I agree. I think this game has great potential. Beating down an unconscious guy though shouldn’t be as easy as trying to defeat him regularly like a previous post mentioned. Do the heroes have any special abilities such as to re-roll dice or anything like that?

      @Chad E, I totally agree with you that people can just leave if they don't like what's going on. And I don't like whiners either (even though I have been whining about the EB mini decision in Update #7 :). I think the major distinction here, though, is that all of us that have backed the game REALLY want it to succeed, otherwise there's no point backing it. It looks like it's got great potential and I don't want to leave, but I think it's really important as a business/creator/company to understand the thoughts of your customers (backers). That can only lead to a better product at the end of the day. As a small first-time game creator, I think it's vitally important for Foxtales Studios to listen to the backers that are basically funding their company or be at risk of losing those backers without knowing why. Many of us have seen and backed a lot of Kickstarter campaigns, and it's a good thing to let Foxtales know how they can improve. As long as we are respectful and constructive in our comments, I can only see differing opinions as a good thing that will help all of us receive something better at the end of the campaign.

      I very much liked this first video- and as someone else said, no worries about the sound. It struck me as an interesting combat mechanism and a really strong hint of 'self-dungeon-mastering'- for my group I think the story that develops as we play will make it much more than a tabletop miniatures wargame. Looking forward to more sneak peaks as you get the time. Great work!

      I'm hoping we'll get to see some NPC interaction - especially if they want me to invest in the extra NPCs pack... Is the black die better or the same than the red one? If they're the same, which it looked like, then combat will be very random in the early phases (I assume as skills improve attackers will get more dice), as on average you'll be doing no damage...

      Ok after watching the full video I think there's some rebalancing and polish that needs to be done. For example, it shouldn't take forever on dice rolls to kill an unconscious enemy. There should also be a penalty for killing someone unconscious such as a higher threat level (townsfolk see what happened and report it) or expand the line of sight for more guards to join the fight beyond one adjacent square etc...

      Hey that looks good! I like the weapon dynamic and hit position and market and stamina. Much more to see of mini prototypes and token. Happy to see more of story gameplay in video 2 or 3... Please continue that pathway!
      And for the video a noise reduction filter could be of help or another position in the room.

      Interesting video. Gameplay and combat looks interesting with the aim dice. However, having to roll dice to hit an unconscious enemy is a bit of a waste of time unless you were being attacked by another enemy. If no other enemy in the combat - this should just be a coup de grace attack and the unconscious guard could be finished off vs rolling blank hits for no reason. Anyway - good luck with rest of campaign.

      This is a good video. We don't care about minor things like sound. We like substance. You showed us some good gameplay here. Who is controlling the guards? Another player or AI?

      @ Justin & Warhippy - Sure the responses could've been phrased differently, but these creators are getting pummeled by some backers in the comments section. Those backers may be few (or many, who knows) but it gets old. Everyone has a right to their opinion but I've never understood why people back a project and blast them with negative comments. If a person doesn't like it, why not just leave?

      @WarHippie, totally agree. I’m still stinging from the last two updates where we are called annoying and not appreciated (unless you’re an early backer). Looks like a great game, but I’m getting a bad taste in my mouth from the creators.

      I really enjoyed ....the stamina ,the market...the combat fase and the dice....innovation on the parts of the body you are going to inflict the damage....😍😍😍😍😍
