About Glenn Ave.
My name is Chad B. Stilson and I grew up on Glenn Ave. Just a small street in a small northern Michigan town.
I had a blast enjoying the 4 seasons with my family and close friends. Life in a small town is much easier, slower paced, and comfortable.
This was my inspiration for Glenn Ave Outfitters… “Small Town Comfort”
With Glenn Ave Outfitters, I hope to fill the need for very comfortable clothing, with a Michigan aesthetic. That's where Your generosity comes in...
The donations needed will help fund the substantial cost of the initial print run of 4 hand drawn t-shirt designs and 1 zip hood design. If funds allow, I will also produce Glenn Ave Outfitter Swag such as stickers, buttons, patches, etc.
I will use the profits from this initial run to fund the next round of designs. This will help my company build a firm foundation to grow. With this momentum I plan to incorporate new products and garments, making Glenn Ave Outfitters a favorite brand for any who love great hand drawn designs, outdoor living, and comfortable clothing.
Please see the great Rewards pictured out below.
The "Hand Made" Zip Hood is available in Small - 3X Sizes!
Glenn Ave Outfitters tees are 60% Cotton & 40% Polyester Preshrunk Fabric made in the USA. They fit great and are not paper thin and tight like some other tees. With Glenn Ave Outfitters, Small Town Comfort is paramount.
Thank you SO much for visiting my Kickstarter project. If you are unable to contribute, please help my company by forward this project to people you feel would be interested.
Apparel images here are mockups. Actual products may vary from the mockups in color tone, graphic size/positioning, etc. Shipping estimate is just that - an estimate. If I receive more orders than anticipated by an extreme margin, it may delay shipment of the rewards.
Risks and challenges
With any Screen Print run, there are a few things that can come up.
The main ones are these:
- Suppliers of blank shirts could be out of stock of a certain style. To rectify this, there are other venders I can use to provide the stock of blanks I need in the same colors and Small Town feel.
- The Screen Printer is unable to produce the screen print run for any reason. This will not be a huge issue because I am familiar with many screen printers who would be Honored to print the Glenn Ave Line.
- The same issues arise with the Buttons and Stickers... there is always another printer I can use.
I have been in this business going on 10 years now. This experience helps me to be ahead of the game with any issue that may arise.
Needless to say, I wont let ANYTHING stop me from making Glenn Ave Outfitters a Reality!
