Dice, pencils, and catalogues; and invoices
Here's the latest for DCC RPG 4th printing backers!
Dice, Pencils, Dice Bags...and Catalogues
By now, we hope you've all digested the core book and are playing a DCC campaign. Surely you are enjoying the game, right? So what's next?
Well, we still owe you some swag items. Here are some photos of what you'll eventually be getting...
Once you get these swag items, you'll know what it's like to run games in the Road Crew - where you get free swag for every DCC game you run!
So when do you get these items? The last of the production run, related to the "D" "C" "C" dice, just came back. The photo above is the advance samples. These are currently being collated and assembled. Once all is ready we'll begin the shipping process - which is still at least a month out. We'll keep you in the loop as it gets closer.
What else do you get? Why, we're glad you asked! The DCC RPG community is large and growing. And so too is the DCC product line, both published by Goodman Games and the third party publishers. Along with your shipment of swag, you can expect to get the new 2017 Goodman Games catalogue, a special new exclusive issue of the Goodman Games Gazette, a couple posters, some flyers...and who knows what else we may toss in?
We are in the midst of a final audit of the DCC 4th project. Some of you have received Kickstarter messages related to shipping status, as we go back and check every shipment. We're also double-checking the funds pledged against all add-ons. In some cases we are finding discrepancies - for example, a backer ordered $20 of add-ons but mistakenly only added $15 to their pledge.
Over the coming week, a small group of backers will receive PayPal invoices for any remaining balances. If you receive such a PayPal invoice and aren't sure what it's for, please review your Kickstarter survey and double check the "dollars" you pledged against the cost of the items you added on. That should reveal the answer. If you're still not sure, please feel free to message us on Kickstarter for a more detailed explanation!
