Ruchika’s always had an entrepreneurial thumb. In grade school, she bypassed the already-saturated market of child-operated lemonade stands, instead opting to sell brownies and “Indian chips ” to her classmates on the playground.

Ruchika also loves salad. As a student at Yale University, Ruchika adapted to dining hall food with relative ease because of the university’s immense salad offerings.
