Hello friends, my new album "Tennessee Love Song" is finished! The album was recorded in East Nashville at engineer/producer Andy Gibson's studio. It features some of my favorite Nashville musicians including Dave Roe, Chris Scruggs, John McTigue, Micah Hulscher, Matthew Lee, David Spicher, Billy Contreras, Andy Gibson, James Mitchell, Craig Smith, Josh Hedley and Tommy Hannum. "Tennessee Love Song" features 15 new songs all written by me, complete with steel guitars, fiddles, Telecasters, Wurlitzers, and a good dose of lonesome heartache songs! The album is done, and I can't wait to share it with you! The video above is a little sneak peek of some of the new songs and new music video! In case you don't know, I am an independent artist. That's right, no record label! I do everything on my own, which at times can be challenging and take longer due to limited budget. Here's where I call on your support, and invite you to be part of my project. In order to get this album released and give it some wings, I need assistance with budget! The budget will be used for duplication of cds and vinyl (including a limited edition vinyl LP exclusively for Kickstarter backers), artwork and merchandise, radio promotion and publicity. These are all vital tools necessary to launch and promote an album. How can you help? It's as easy as purchasing a copy of the album today. I've created a bunch of great reward packages for backers! There are rewards featuring everything from our limited edition vinyl LP package to a live show at your house! Find the one that you like best and make a donation! It's just me and you friends, let's do this! I thank you kindly for supporting independent country music! "Tennessee Love Song" will make it's official debut in March 2015.
Risks and challenges
Only thing that could be tricky is LP production time. LPs take longer to turn around than CDs do. Long as I get funded successfully and my order is in by December, we're all good! Come on y'all! Go team Meech!Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
