The Festival 'can' will need to be upgraded to satisfy large demand at festivals

The couple has been trading with an iconic food wagon for over four years, mostly on a dusty lay-by near Chelmsford in Essex.

There is something intriguing about this particular can shaped food wagon.

It was formerly owned by Coca Cola Enterprises in Germany and for the German market. The couple bought this trailer with the help of family and friends when times were tough going for them in 2010.

In a painstakenly effort the colors of the Coca Cola Brand had been restored to an extend that the couple was attracting further support by a German media consultant who stayed over in England with his camera crew. The image and advertising measures began in early spring of 2011 with an image promotion film, distributed later throughout Germany and watched by hundreds and hundreds of people worldwide.  An amazing journey of this business couple's venture started and the book they are both writing since then is a collection of stories from the early beginning with their journey up until recently and the plights they have endured and the sad times they went through.

One of the saddest moments was surely when Rainer, Stefan's brother, who suffered all his life from cerebral palsy, died earlier this year at an age of 54.

Coca Cola Enterprises, after all these years of gaining FREE advertising, as our partner must now be reconsidered and a new era must begin. Pillar advertising is part and parcel of their project and their own initiative to gain from advertising revenue and..  it must be possible with a 'simply' outstanding 'can' - http://www.cocacolaandfood.net/adpillarHOME.php

The New Take Away Shop:

A new Bavarian themed take away shop in a covered market and, best of all, to be build as an authentic German Chalet; It will be, what would you expect, in the same fashion as before with a bang. Rainer's Bavarian Grill idea is born together with the idea of holding regular Oktoberfest events in the City of London and of course next to the 'chalet', a project that has been put together as a package of several income streams.

The authentic German cuisine Bavarian themed the couple considers a novelty in the London world of food and entertainment. German food and beers in the city has made some name for itself, but Rainer's Bavarian Grill and the combination of fun filled Oktoberfest events (of course with the Steiner as well as with Lederhose and Dirndl), outside and festival catering has plenty to offer the Brits know hardly anything about."

Risks and challenges

Stefan works hard at setting up his and of course his wife's own take away restaurant and expanding on the festival trade to becoming a serial entrepreneur. If there is anyone who has shown how to persevere and overcome setbacks, it’s the "sausage king" as they called him in Essex!
