Our "granola" is different than your traditional granola as we do not add any filler oats or sugars! We also believe in sprouting all our nuts and seeds which unleashes their true flavors and nutrients. In order to keep our food as vital to the body as possible, we dehydrate at super low temperatures and never bake. End result? Real Food that tastes as nature meant it to be!

- We Need to Purchase a Large Piece of Equipment (gravity hopper) that Will Allow Us to Fill the Graw-To Go Tubes 10x Faster than by Hand
- We Need to Design a Cool New Label
- We Need to Source Local Farmers for our Fresh Herbs so They can Begin Growing for Us
We have been working on the launch of this new product for a few months and feel with the proper funding in place we could share this new graw-to-go snack with the world within 2 short months!!

Glad you asked! The first time Chef Ken made this new product, we all knew immediately that we had a home run and that we were determined to share it with the world. Crunchy little flavor bursts that start with farm fresh herbs and turns to that tart flavor on your tongue, ending with a perfect amount of Celtic Sea Salt® that leaves you reaching for more. Truly fun to eat and incredibly addictive!

Risks and challenges
We have successfully developed and launched 9 products and are an ongoing manufacturing company, so the primary risks and challenges for us would be:
-amount of time needed to get the flavors perfected could take longer than the 1 month we've set aside.
-label design is done in-house by our ad agency partner but are produced by an outside source and could experience delays.
-market adoption of the product line is never guaranteed, regardless of positive feedback from focus groups, but we do send samples of products during development to buyers at Whole Foods stores and Earth Fare to get feedback and would only launch the ones we believe will succeed.
