I’m a brutally honest business consultant who provides strategic business advice to creative firms. I am a fast-talker, a designer by degree, a frequently requested speaker, an avid reader, a trend-spotter, a connector, and your advocate. I love what I do and who I work with.
I’m best known for the thought leadership I have provided through my consulting practice as well as through my speaking (including Creative Mornings, AIGA National Conferences, numerous AIGA local chapter events, Association of Registered Graphic Designers (RGD) DesignThinkers conferences among others), guest posts, Skillshare class, webinars, industry activism, and teaching (I have taught professional practices at both the Tyler School of Art and FIT). I have been honored to consult and work with many leading design firms across the country including: Hyperakt, Louise Fili, The Heads of State, Moniker, Stout, Open, Post Typography, Love & War, and Volume. Through these experiences, I have developed, tested, and curated key business insights and strategies that have helped firms become more effective, profitable, and fun to work at. I particularly enjoy speaking with designers and sharing my strongly held belief that how we act in our professional lives and how we communicate the value of our services reflects on the entire industry.
