#PlantLink Photo Contest and FAQs
Some of our North American backers have received their systems - we currently have 100 Basestations registered! Wahoo! Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you're having any issues setting up your systems or have any feedback to offer! Either send an email to email@example.com or submit a request via our support center (you can also access our support center by clicking the "Help" link in your dashboard).
We'd love to see pictures of your PlantLinks in action, so we're holding a contest! Post a pic of your PlantLink to Twitter or Facebook, tagging #PlantLink and @osotechnologies, and we'll enter you in a drawing for a FREE ADDITIONAL LINK! We'll announce the date of the drawing once we receive shipping confirmation for all North American backers.

I'm a Valve system backer, but I only received my Basestation and Links. What's the deal?
We've run into development issues with the valve; it's currently in pre-production. We've sourced all of the components and are finalizing the prototype right now. We hope to have the final version complete by the end of May. We apologize that we haven't been more proactive about communicating this to our valve backers. We didn't want to delay shipment of the Basestations and Links any further, so we decided to ship out partial rewards while we complete the valve. We will be posting a Kickstarter update with more specific info regarding the valve in the very near future.
I'm a SmartThings user; any update on integration?
We're finalizing some API communication details with SmartThings, but the timeline for integration is not certain. Our apologies that we were unable to accomplish this goal prior to our ship date, as I realize this is not the ideal scenario for our SmartThings users. However, I assure you that this is still a priority for us, and if you're interested, we'd be happy to send you updates to notify you on our progress. What's going on with the iOS app?
The iOS app is still in development. It's workable, but the user experience is not as clean and is still a bit glitchy in comparison to the web app. As soon as all of the North American backers have their hardware (and we've shaken out the issues inherent in a new hardware release), we'll be accepting users into a beta for the iOS app. If you're interested in participating in the beta, please send us an email at email@example.com.
Where can I order extra Links?
You can order extra Links here. These will come off the line on April 8th, and you should receive your order in mid to late April. This is true for all preorders placed through Celery during the Kickstarter campaign as well.
I'm an international backer; when can I expect my rewards?
We completely understand your frustrations and wish you could share in the experiences of our North American backers. That being said, we still don't have any solid information in terms of a timeline for shipment. As we've said in the past, the international regulatory obstacles we've run into have presented unexpected challenges. We should be able to devote more time and attention to these problems once the initial order-fulfillment madness has subsided. We understand that you're feeling abandoned and sincerely appreciate your patience and support.
