Songwriter Dave Boylan has written and recorded the title track “Roller Coaster” for the film. Dave, along with his long time musical partner Steve Devita, will score the film during the editing process. Thanks guys, the music is awesome.
THE FILM CREW
Mountain bikers and outdoor enthusiasts make up a large part of our film crew. Above are a few of the faces that will bring the Bailey HUNDO to film. Altogether we have 15 people in support and video/photography rolls who are generously offering their time and talent. We can’t thank them enough.

THE BAILEY HUNDO FILM
Why we’re doing this and why we need your support.
This film is inspired by Jonny Copp, Ryan Van Duzer, The Adventure Film Festival and the passion that we hold for cycling and what we know about the positive impact cycling has on people.
The Bailey Hundo embraces these cycling values and has a mission to bring cycling to all kids (even the adult kids:-)
We will bring this amazing event to film but it will require a lot. Friends and family are involved as well as professionals in the field of film making. For the most part this is a volunteer project but we will be compensating our crew during the film making process for gas, food and lodging. We will be spending the next several weeks preparing for race day filming in the forest. We also need to pay for some professional camera operators in key locations. There will also be fees for music licensing, video/camera equipment rentals that will necessary to complete the filming.
Risks and challenges Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
We have everything lined up to make a fun and interesting cycling film. The one thing we cannot control is the weather. It would take a lot to stop the race from starting. If weather becomes extreme we may “NOT” be able to execute the race day filming.
We’re willing to get wet, so are the volunteers and racers. If it rains, and is manageable, it will create unexpected drama that we will capture on film. However, it could have an impact on our ability to execute the filming as planned on our storyboard.
If we are funded but unable to deliver the film as planned we will ship all backer rewards as well as a short directors cut of the film making process. We will not give up on this project. If we have to go into 2014 to complete our vision we will.
“May the bike roll in our favor” on June 15th !
