That is because the trip is essentially unaffordable for me to make at this time, and an advance pledge greatly lessons the financial burden that I am incurring. They are posted as illustrations of the type of work I do, and will be doing on my trip to Buenos Aires. Obviously, i don't have any paintings of Buenos Aires because I haven't gone there yet! In return they will get the "first fruits" of this trip, the best work I do there at the lowest possible price.
