@Josh Chunick: That's pretty much exactly what happened to one of mine, too.
@Khell: I'll try and look into it. I'd be happy enough with a replacement, as long as that one actually does stay together. :v

Yah what about manufacturing defects?! I received one faulty die because there was a screw trapped under battery compartment and broke a tracer line.

So you are attempting to obtain sales but many of us have yet to obtain our dice from the original kickstarter?
Is there a timeline of shipment? Percentage of completion with proof? Or just words we are to believe?

I opened mine (my curiosity finally overcame my apprehension from the comments here), and sure enough, the thread hole on one of the dice was loose enough that the screw popped back out after I screwed them in. It did feel loose no matter how much I screwed it back in. Needless to say, the screw popped out and I lost it somewhere along the way (I didn't know it popped out, at first). So, how do I go about requesting a replacement due to this defect - it definitely needs to be opened to replace the battery and I was extra careful with tightening the screws due to comments here so I know it wasn't anything I overdid.

I was going to ask what your policy was on manufacturing defects and refunds thereof, but looking at how many people are having trouble with this, I'm inclined to not even bother at this point.

For what it's worth (not much, I know) even though I had to wait a ludicrously long time, my dice (5 pairs, had to change colours due to their supply issues) did actually arrive and appear to be in pretty good nick. I haven't subjected them all to extensive testing, but they all got rolled a dozen or so times and held up well.

One of the dice had a panel that was a little loose, but nothing a few seconds with a jeweller's screwdriver couldn't fix. So, other than the ridiculously lengthy wait, I'm generally happy.

Not sure about getting more on sale - I'd have to be assured of instant dispatch and using a shipping method that doesn't take 40 days first, I think :)

How did you get a refund? This is the worst project I've ever backed. Why do the photos look so different to the dice that I got? The photos look like you could actually use them, the dice I received didn't make it through the first roll.
