Landfill Harmonic

Too many children in the world are born into lives with little or no hope. Landfill Harmonic reveals a mind-boggling, inventive effort to change that - musical instruments made from trash. In the barrios of Paraguay, a humble garbage picker uses his ingenuity to craft instruments out of recycled materials - and a youth orchestra is born. Music arises and children find new dreams.

Wow! THANK YOU, Up to #2, passed Moneyball!

Don't want to bombard people with emails, we wanted to thank everyone though and give an update.  This is incredible.  THANK YOU ALL for helping out. We are now #2 on iTunes Sports and ahead of Academy Award nominated film Moneyball.  We passed Katy Perry and a ton of other massive films.  All that stands in our way is Stiffler as a hockey player!  We are doing this without paying any money either, most films pay for placement on sites like iTunes.  We have just done it through passion and hard work from everyone.  Thank you so much! Let's get to #1!!!  We will be working through the night again to make this happen. Here is a link to  see the iTunes ranking and share it if you can. Incredible Update!!!!! Just passed Mike Tyson, Senna, Silva.

Following up on our last update, we just spent the last two days and nights publicizing the Itunes release.  Wow, we are now number 18 on Itunes Documentaries. We started Friday not ranked then yesterday watched as it went from number 43 to 33 to 25 then this morning to 18!  In the process we passed big budget documentaries by companies such as Magnolia and The Weinsteins.  Rise & Shine is now above Senna, Tyson (Mike Tyson doc.), Food, Inc. and Anderson Silva's documentary.  This is MASSIVE for independent film and the game in general.  Our goal is to get into the top 5 (and pass the Katy Perry documentary).

THANK YOU ALL FOR HELPING GET THIS OUT.  This is another crazy chapter in the film.  If everyone can spend just 5 minutes getting it out via your social networking and asking others to do the same.  This is huge opportunity for the film and the game in general and more importantly to show everyone that things like this are possible. Who would have thought we would be where we are right now?

This is the link if you have a few minutes:

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
