Editing done in 3 days! IN OVER 100 THEATERS NATIONWIDE!

It's official, Rise & Shine is coming to theaters everywhere!! We landed the biggest AMC in New York in Times Square, all the ArcLight Theaters in Los Angeles, and many many theaters around the country.  This is groundbreaking for a film like ours.  Look how far we have come... Truly amazing. Once again we are reaching out to ask for your help, as this film is as much yours as it is ours. Our goal is to promote soccer and get Jay’s story out to as many people as possible, with the hope that it inspires people on all levels to reach their dreams... and of course entertain people with a great film.

YOUR KICKSTARTER REWARDS WILL BE SENT BEFORE THE FILM IS RELEASED!

Without everyone’s help, we are a 4 person team trying to accomplish a monumental feat; but with the support of everyone – the soccer community, U.S. Soccer supporters, MLS suppoters, athletes, coaches, moms, dads, and anyone who loves a positive inspiring true story we are so much more. What we have accomplished with this film is something Hollywood and others would have written off long ago. But here we are, getting ready to premier a film in over 100 theaters nationwide. A film made possible by people contributing their hard earned money, time, and creativity.Technology and the rise of social networking, as well of our desire to meet certain goals and beat hurdles has made this possible – along with a lot of hard work.

The funds that we raised on Kickstarter and some more of our own funds have been put into the film – obtaining the remaining footage, licensing it, editing, and of course PURCHASING everyone’s Kickstarter rewards. We now have a product that we believe is not only good enough to be put on the big screen, but more importantly is good enough to truly tell Jay’s story and achieve great things. We believe the more people learn about Jay’s story and get to watch it, the more the film will spread.

With that, we ask each of you - your organization, your soccer team, your friends and family to help us spread the dream and show everyone that soccer in the U.S. is alive and well. Ordinarily a film being released in over 100 theaters would have a substantial marketing budget. Our budget is literally a few laptops, cell phones, and the internet. But we have people power and the passion of the soccer community. We will do whatever it takes to help make the screenings in your area a huge success, whether that be an interview with us or Jay, providing quotes, or anything else that may help.

We ask you to run with it, as you and your organization know your local town or city better than we do. We want this film to be an occasion to celebrate soccer, your friends, your family, your teammates and your dreams. LET'S MAKE THESE SCREENINGS AN EVENT. Meet up before or after the film with your friends and teammates, make the film your monthly meeting for your supporters group, or have your entire team come out after practice!

Sincerely, TheTeam at R&S
