The 13th Sign is a story that follows flawed characters, all living separate lives of vice and corruption. Living thus has lead their souls to an ethereal realm somewhere between heaven and hell…
The Ophiuchus Sodality
A transcendental realm where damned souls, named Ayamas, must fight to regain their squandered vitality. The realm is an unknown place of suffering and determination. Where deeper questions are asked and fantastic battles are fought throughout mystical locations. Their soul’s redemption, or damnation, revolve around their respective decisions.
“Some may be saved in judgment”
The manuscript to “The 13th Sign” is extensive. For this reason, Kickstarter became a necessity. We are launching this in hopes to raise the funds to pay Blake for his time penciling, inking, coloring, and lettering as well as any materials used throughout the process.

Taking nearly 3 years to complete, the story was written during Andrew’s travels throughout England, Ireland, the Czech Republic, and finished in the U.S.A. He has written articles, poems, lyrics, blogs, and short-stories for years, and felt that a long-term project such as this would be worth the effort. Due to the story’s length, we've decided to divide the book into parts. This was in order to keep fans from waiting too long for finished results.

About the Artist:
My name is Blake Bradley. I have always had a deep set passion for being creative whether it be in art or problem solving. I've always tried to take a creative approach in life. I am originally from Chesterfield, Michigan, but have resided in Savannah, Georgia for about two and half years.
Story telling has intrigued me ever since I was a child. To me, there's nothing more exciting than when someone says, "Oh man, you’ve got to hear what happened to me today". My love for illustrating those stories came next. When I moved down to Georgia I was working two part time jobs. Throughout this time, I began putting together a body of art work that display all of my creatures and monster concepts.
I began to ponder the thought of making art a bigger part of my life. I thought of how much fun it would be to illustrate a comic book. That's when I came across Andy's post online: “Graphic Novel In Need of an Illustrator”. I sent him my portfolio and within a few days he sent me the script. My love of story telling has made me somewhat of a critic. I finished reading the first two chapters of “The 13th Sign” and became so intrigued that I spent the rest of the night reading the entire story.
We stayed in contact for around a week or so. I then asked Andrew who else was working on the project. And after further discussion he offered me the job! I could not have been more excited about this news. I've always admired the idea of tackle every challenge; from character design, concept art, page layout, pencils, inks, color, and text. “The 13th Sign” took my dream and made it into a reality.
I see this project as an opportunity to bring Andrew’s vision to life for readers to enjoy. From the story’s flawed characters to its extraordinary realms that embody them, “The 13th Sign” will be a book that will captivate many as it has enticed me.
Stretch goals will be released accordingly...hopefully!
