Have a question?
I received my anti-grain flours today! Thank You! I can't wait to try out some recipes!
When do you think you will ship, I may need to change my shipping?
@Amanda yes, we will include your e-mail addresses on the labels so you will receive shipment notification as well as automated tracking updates from USPS.
the site won't let me change the country for shipping. How do I switch from US to Canada?
Will we get notified when they are shipped?
Any new news?
Is the Early Bird still on for Nov delivery?
Been a month since your last update...is another one coming soon? Would love to hear more details.
Andi and Amanda,
So sorry for the late reply.
Not to worry. Please email your shipping address to Jerry (email@example.com) and we will be sure your rewards arrive safely!
Hi, I have just received a final reminder from you looking for my shipping details but as per my comment below, I'm unable to properly enter my address information for Canada online. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you.
I have the same issue! I made a pledge and am in Canada. I didn't add the extra $12 because I thought it could be added after. I'm happy yo send the extra $12. I filled on my address ad armed forces Canada though... I wasn't sure how to contact you
I made a pledge for the $57 reward and added $12 for shipping to Canada as requested in the reward details (below), making it $69. I just received an email to verify my address however choosing Canada is not an option. What do I do?
DOUBLE EARLY BIRD + SCHWAG: 2 packages of each flour variety (2 Squash flour, 2 Sweet Potato flour and 2 Apple flour) 6 packages total + 1 flour sack towel, shipped anywhere in the U.S.A. Please add $12 to ship to Canada
Absolutely! I was just about to send you a message. Since you bumped up your pledge you can sub out for the apple. Please shoot me an e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or a message with the 3 you would like.
I verified my address. But, when I signed up for this, I asked if there was a way to get different flours since I can't have apples. You told me to bump up my pledge and I could choose which one to substitute for the apple. Can I still do this?
Woo! I'm so happy this was successfully backed! Can't wait to bake up a storm with these. Thank you for creating these!
Thanks so much April and and Barb!
We're so excited and can't wait to get our flours to you all!
Congrats for meeting and exceeding your goal! :)
I second what Dana Haggard wrote. I believe you'll surpass your goal, but please let your current backers know if we need to do more. I need to try your recipes!
Jerry and Amanda - Make certain this project is funded. If there are a couple days to go and your goal hasn't been reached, please give your current 248 backers a quick update. Let us do the rest!
Thank you so much for your support!
That is a great point about the tree nuts and we promise we are working on it!
We will be posting 3 additional recipes to our site this week (cheesy bread, chicken tenders, and banana bread) all of which are tree nut free!
Thank you again for the suggestion and all of your support!
We will let you know as soon as we finish posting those recipes!
I was looking at the recipes on your website tonight. Right now, almost all of them include almond flour or almond milk. I just wanted to suggest you consider posting more tree nut free recipes for people with allergies to almonds.
Thank you so much for your support! Unfortunately we cannot substitute any of the flours out of the early bird variety pack. However, since we are still within the early bird quantities, if you choose to back at the $30 level we can offer you a mix of the flours of your choice!
Thank you again for support and all the best!
I backed at the $26 level to try it out. However, I can not have apples, at all. Is it possible to substitute? Thank you.
Looks like you guys have almost reached your goal - yippee! Can't wait to try the products :)
Thanks so much for your support and we hope so too! Please help us spread the word by sharing the project link with anyone who you feel may be interested!
I really hope you guys make it, I would love to give these as a Christmas gift to someone!
Thank you for your support! Yes, if you are shipping to Canada please add the amount to your pledge before the end of the campaign. If you revisit our project page when you are logged in you should see a button that reads "manage pledge" where you can do that. If we are successfully funded we will be sending out a survey at the close of the campaign to collect the shipping addresses of our backers! Thank you again for your support!
Love the idea! I'm excited to try the flours! I live in Canada, so should I have added the cost of shipping to my pledge or will I be charged later? Also, when do I give you my address? Thanks!
Thank you for your support! Yes, if we reach our funding goal we will be sending out a survey AFTER the close of the campaign to gather the shipping addresses from our backers. For that reward we will be asking for two addresses! Thanks again!
The produce we currently source is NOT 100% certified organic.
It is a goal of ours to source only 100% organic produce as soon as it feasible for us to so, but unfortunately, that is not a realistic goal for this campaign. The type of volume we would need to produce to make it economically feasible to this would be around $100K.
Sonia, Thank you so much for your interest! We were hoping we would be able to offer an international reward package with our flours but we learned that many countries consider our flours to be "produce" and we are not licensed to export produce outside of the U.S. and Canada. Thank you so much for your support and hopefully one day we will be able to get our products to you!
I pledged for the "friends don't let friends eat grain" pack. Is there going to be someplace to enter the addresses to have the flours sent before this project closes?
Sorry - I guess they are not yet organic - so let me rephrase. With the future goal being to be organic, will that be a goal with this round of kickstarter flours?
I'm curious if they are organic. Particularly the apple flour, but curious about them all.
Love this idea. Pity you're not more wide reaching. Big paleo following in Aust (where I am), NZ and of Europe of course.
