Hello from Palouse Washington!
After a farewell photo shoot with a fresh new tent and the Boise foothills, I am on the road at last. The first day was a 7 hour drive through Idaho hills and river canyons, ending on Main Street in Palouse.
I am hosted by the amazing Mary Rothlisberger at her domestic residency, The Upper Bunk. I will be here until Friday- collecting stories, lecturing, and teaching a workshop at the local library, and meeting the people and exploring the area.
I have decided to keep the updates here to one or two per stop I make, and keep a photo diary that I will update often and inundate with adventure documentation. Check in on it here whenever you please...
I wanted to thank the Boise Weekly for the lovely bit of press to help kick off the tour, I will be mailing the clipping to my grandmother who does not use the internet.
