CSS Shaders a potential for the new inventory menu!

Looks like Chromium 20 supports CSS Shaders by enabling a flag. If I can come up with a way to use them and degrade nicely, Mine Mars' menus just might get a face lift. http://www.adobe.com/devnet/html5/articles/css-shaders.html

I can't stop thinking about this... how sick is it that basically the same pixel and vertex shaders used in WebGL can be used on just general web content!!!!

This might mean that after refactoring the inventory menu into CSS and out of WebGL, the menu could be transformed into a spherical display like it was a HUD on the inside of a helmet... sweet :-)
