A prototype is a preliminary model of something. Projects that offer physical products need to show backers documentation of a working prototype. This gallery features photos, videos, and other visual documentation that will give backers a sense of what’s been accomplished so far and what’s left to do. Though the development process can vary for each project, these are the stages we typically see:
Proof of Concept
Explorations that test ideas and functionality.
Demonstrates the functionality of the final product, but looks different.
Looks like the final product, but is not functional.
Appearance and function match the final product, but is made with different manufacturing methods.
Appearance, function, and manufacturing methods match the final product.
WONDERCUTTER is an ultrasonic cutter.
We cut paper with scissors.
We make a hole in the wall with a drill. We cut wood with a saw. Then how do we
cut plastic that is used so often?
cutting plastic is as easy as cutting cheese.
is a machine that easily cuts materials by lowering the coefficient of friction
with 40,000 vibrations per second. We can’t
really see, or feel the vibration but it cuts materials with rapid oscillation.
Like the waterdrops cut through a rock.
Vibrations of 40,000times/sec. Maximize efficiency & Minimize heating. The system is safe from the amplitude control,
over-power, over-voltage and over-current.

How Did We Come Up with This Idea?
is nothing like building and making things with your own hands that improves
your self esteem and confidence. And it is the same for anyone regardless of
your age, preference, whatsoever. My colleagues and I wanted to invent a safe and
handy tool that allows everyone to use very easily.
ultrasonic cutter is often used for making delicate cuts in industrial field
such as cutting bumpers or smartphone cases. It is perfect for cutting, but its
only problem is the price that goes up to million dollars. And I have
come up with this question, “what if we miniaturize these cutters and make
something affordable and easy to use so that anybody can use?”
are a small yet strong team comprised of highly talented and successful
professionals who has decades of experiences in various fields. Every each one
of us comes from different background, which allows us to bring new ideas and
various viewpoints. As a team, we share a common goal and it is to invite
people to our journey of innovation and creativity.

wear safety gloves when using WONDERCUTTER.
Do not use this
on hard materials, metal, or glass.
If you slowly
cut through hard materials with WONDERCUTTER, you might damage the material
with frictional heating. It is designed to be most suitable for cutting 3mm

Risks and challenges
Since this project requires high technologies, there were countless attempts that we made and many obstacles that we had to face. The whole process that we had to go through was quite tough, but so is our team! With every each one of our members’ expertise and efforts, we were able to bring our final production and be ready to introduce it to the world.
From beginning to the end, our team had one goal. And it is to improve the quality of peoples’ life and to help people accomplish what they want to build and make.
In order to achieve the goal, we always put our main focus on safety of WONDERCUTTER. Although WONDERCUTTER is an amazing gadget that makes cutting so much easier, there’s always possibility of an accident. That is why you must be careful and concentrate when using the device.
If you be extra careful and cautious when using WONDERCUTTER, you will find a huge difference between our product and other products from different companies.
We will make sure that we keep you undated with every step of our process, but please feel free to ask us any questions if you have any. We want constant feedbacks from you and we would like to share our vision by communicating with you. We hope that you would like to communicate with us too.
