No problem, I was just worried they'd gone astray or something.

      Hi Sonia,

We just double-checked and there was a hitch in your order. We had a glitch on the orders that requested multiple rewards. So we have rushed your order out the door and it will get to you by Wednesday. Guaranteed!!

We're terribly sorry for the delay, we hope you enjoy your bands!

Still haven't gotten mine in DC (& through some sort of odd PO miracle my mail has already come today)-- was there a hitch getting my order out??

    7. Andrew Kitzenberg 2-time creator on May 14, 2012

Yes all of our rewards have shipped! 4R being that you are in South Africa it will take a few days extra but you should be receiving your rewards soon.

Please let us know if you have not received your rewards as their is always a chance we may have an incorrect mailing address.

Thanks for the update, will be on the lookout. I'm in DC so they should be here soon. I know my color assortment was pretty wide. I'm not worried about the size -- I have small wrists but several of the bands I'm getting are going to be gifts to people of various sizes so I would have gotten "medium" anyway.

Just curious -- what colors were the most popular "everybody loved"? Maybe you could provide a breakdown/chart of it all sometime.

    10. Andrew Kitzenberg 2-time creator on May 8, 2012

      Marie & Chris-

We are working to determine the demand for larger and smaller size bands. Currently it creates a bit of an inventory debacle for us, but we are doing are best to develop bands that will comfortably fit everyone. Thanks for your comments! We appreciate the input as it goes a long way in helping us to keep our customers happy!

      Thank you!

    11. Andrew Kitzenberg 2-time creator on May 8, 2012

All MoH Bands are in the mail! We had a few delays on specific colors that everyone loved! If you are located in the USA you should be receiving your bands Thursday, Friday, and Saturday depending on how far West you are located. If you are international your shipment will likely be received in the middle of next week!!

We hope everyone loves their new MoH Bands!!

It totally describe what I saw. And having a small wirst kind of make things worse.

    14. Chris Day on May 6, 2012

Agreed Marie-Andree, I haven't had the chance to write a review with finals but a couple things for anyone looking here to buy / already bought.

I wear a medium without the extra link in Nike+ band and was a medium in the UpBand, and the band is quite tight if not too tight.

The sizing issue seems to be at least partially because the usb section of the band does not have the flexibility of the rest, resulting in a 1 inch length that wont slide around your wrist easily. I compared to a Livestrong band.

This is also what caused the wristband to come apart at 2 times for me already, the block part can catch on things easily, such as taking off a sweater or grabbing a book out of a bag/carrying a bag.

A positive I have found is actually using this product (need based not just want) Easier than pulling up dropbox on the computer I was presenting at and then downloading file etc etc. (plus no worries of logging out)
Also works well in group projects when u need to file share with a group not worth putting the energy into setting up a file sharing app.

Chris, I just saw that you already post a comment on the fact that there is only one size for the strap. My "story" certainly shows that multiple sizes would be better.

Everyday routine. I have a small wrist though.

I got to put my address to ship to, but was unable to pick the color I wanted; there was no option to select which band I wanted. I sent an email, but never heard back.

      I'm getting a Baker's Dozen + three-8GB.
Should I just list all the colors on the response form sections or would you rather have it by separate email? I'm getting 10 different colors of 4GB & 3 colors of the 8GB. Are there more than the 3 colors I see listed in the rewards section for 8GB?

MoH Bands are not "manufactured" in the U.S. However, we do all the assembly, packaging, and distribution from Massachusetts, USA. Due to the nature of the product almost all USB flash drives are imported and very few can say "final assembly in the USA" We try our best to keep things local. We provide local jobs wherever we can in the production of our MoH Bands and work to keep as much of our business in the USA as possible.

Agree with what Chris Day said. Should have different size.. 7.5 inch seems to be the average size. What about those people who have large bone?

    34. Chris Day on February 14, 2012

awesome product, and moving to higher capacity storage bands seems a great way to go. What has been your feedback so far on the size of the wristband.

For example, Jawbone's health monitor wristband has multiple sizes from 5.5 to 6 inch, 6 to 7 inch, 7 to 8 inch. Also from what I have seen Live-strong bracelets also have different sizes?

    35. Andrew Kitzenberg 2-time creator on February 13, 2012

      Hi Jim,

Thanks for the suggestions, it's nice to get a different perspective on things.

Right now we do have a product solution that matches some of your recommendations. Take a look at it here:

As for getting our products into Walgreens and CVS, I agree it is a great opportunity for us. Currently we are still small and growing, but hopefully this Kickstarter project will bring us the needed growth to be able to work with larger retailers.

Thank you for all the support!

    36. Jim Harper on February 11, 2012

      A suggestion:

      1. Kids with chronic illnesses often need emergency care away from where they get their normal care. Having a medical ID in this format would allow treatment centers to add data to a USB that could then serve as a medicalert ID for the patient and a self stored supply of their own health information.

      2. Pharmaceutical companies and home care companies that provide medication and home treatment for hemophiliacs have been experimenting with USB based IDs for a couple of years, but have not had the best form factors. This looks like it might be better.

      3. I would suggest that you market this to companies like Walgreens, and CVS.

      4. I would also suggest that you consider a black band with a logo that is reflective over the body of the USB so that a kid could wear it around his ankle while bike riding.

      Good luck.

      Hey Shawn,

Thanks for your support! Our MoH bands are 7.5" (inches) around. Hope this is what you were looking for.

      Thanks again,
