Everything is Coming Together: Post-Kickstarter week 36

A good day to all you residents of Gloomhaven!

I am in the middle of a bunch of work! We have resolved to get all the files uploaded for the printer on Monday (3 days from now), so we are now in a flurry getting everything finalized and packaged and all that good stuff.

And then you notice that you numbered all the mini cards incorrectly and have to go back and do that all again. Good times.

I also spent a lot of yesterday and today doing some final tweaking to a few of the character classes I wasn't quite happy with, and now I am happy. I am happy that all the character classes are great and I am happy that the giant weight of getting all the files sent off will soon be behind us. I'm also finally getting over a cold that robbed me of a lot of last weekend, so that's something to be happy for as well.

And it's a good thing that we're getting the files uploaded on Monday, because Josh is going on vacation later next week and I am going to Origins. Yay! Much like Geekway to the West, I don't have a booth and am going pretty much just to have a good time and demo Gloomhaven for anyone who wants to play it with me.

So if you'll be at Origins and want to check out the game or just hang out, send me a Kickstarter message, and we'll figure something out. I am very much looking forward to it!

I wish I had more exciting things to show you, but most of the stuff we got finalized this week is behind the spoiler curtain. You can't cross the spoiler curtain. It is very imposing.

So I guess that's it for this week, then. I will post another update next week confirming that the files were indeed sent, and then after that we'll be moving to an update schedule of every other week, just because progress milestones will be slower at that point. I know I've been writing you weekly for the better part of a year, but it had to slow down at some point, and this means you're that much closer to getting the game at your doorstep!

And if you find yourself missing me, I have started writing up weekly posts for my website again, so you can check those out.

See you next week! Or earlier if you're going to Origins!

@Jake he said in the update "I don't have a booth"
@Isaac thankyou so much for showing all other kickstarter creators that you can be busy and still keep your backets updated. Your attention to us has been greatly apreciated.

I wanted to both thank and congratulate you on the great way you are keeping us in the loop as the game is being finished and produced.

      It is very much appreciated!
