Morton's Clearing is a character driven piece examining one man's long delayed coming of age. The story is predominantly influenced by the thematic elements of the films of Peckinpah, the music of Townes Van Zandt, the poignant growl of Dylan, and the writings of Woodrell, Brown, and McCarthy.
The film should ultimately be twenty five minutes in length with a principal cast of seven and a dedicated crew of twenty, shooting is scheduled for March 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Your generosity can help us achieve our ultimate goal of making a beautiful and entertaining film.
Thank you very much,
