Having a smart home setup should be simple and easy. Forget about digging through your phone to find the right app or button to turn your lights off or control your appliances. With CliQ you can easily control all your smart home units the way it should be, with a smart, simple and easily accessible device.
Turn off your lights when you go out or turn on Netflix with just a simple click. Imagine walking into your house and having take-out automatically ordered for you. Click once to turn on your TV. Double click to dim the lights to create the perfect atmosphere for your movie night. When the movie is over, give CliQ a shake to turn the lights back on and turn off the TV before going to bed.
Use CliQ’s motion detection to keep an eye on important things and protect what matters. Get alerted if your home door is opened, if your liquor cabinet has been accessed, or if your laptop or other valuables are moved while you are away.

You can even set up a CliQ at work to make sure you drink water every hour while at work or have CliQ help you quit smoking. CliQ is like your personal life coach that helps you be a better you.

Each CliQ device can be triggered in one of 4 ways.
Each triggering mechanism can be assigned to a different Blueprint on the same device, allowing each CliQ to perform up to four distinct functions, as each mechanism can be assigned to multiple actions. For example, the CliQ in your living room could dim the lights with one click, turn on music with two clicks, or ring your lost phone with a quick shake.
You can also set launch parameters for each of your Blueprints. For example, limit a Blueprint to only launch in designated locations, times, or both.
Use CliQ as a physical button to launch a preset action triggered by the Blueprint or to perform a range of actions. You can also use CliQ as an advanced motion sensor to automatically launch apps or activate other IoT devices. CliQ helps you automate your world and integrate everyday objects into your modern digital life.
Using CliQ’s companion app, you can track your habits, set personalized reminders, get alerts if an item is moved, or receive warnings when you repeat a bad habit. For example, you can track your vitamin intake, get workout reminders, and receive alerts if your liquor cabinet gets moved while you are away.
You can hold yourself accountable by setting up notifications for when you have performed an action or, more importantly, missed one.
By using CliQ, you become a member of the CliQ Community. You can share your Blueprint creations publicly with the CliQ community or share them privately with select users. Watch others adopt your great ideas and even improve them!
Don’t have time to program your Blueprint? No problem. Search the Blueprints created by other members of the CliQ Community to find the ones that work best for you. You can even rank them and provide feedback to the authors to improve their creation.

BioSensics employs a strong team of software, hardware, and biomedical engineers, many of whom have extensive engineering and research experience and graduate level training, as well as an experienced sales and marketing department that supports both direct sales efforts and business partnerships. They will work closely and collaboratively with the CliQ Team on the development and timely delivery of the CliQ, as well as future improvements and revisions. Risks and challenges
We’ve been lucky to work with some great people to bring CliQ to life. But there are a lot of moving parts and we’ve been met with our fair share of challenges.
As a hardware project, we have the potential standard supply chain challenges that all tech innovations face. As we move from the prototype phase to the production phase, we may run into delays from sourcing components, manufacturing, and assembly. We will be sure to actively monitor our supplier lead times to minimize the impact of these potential delays to our delivery goal and have accounted for them in our delivery estimate.
CliQ has challenges on the software side as well. Ensuring that our apps are updated to be compatible with the latest mobile devices will require us to spend considerable time testing. As most new mobile phones are released in the Fall, we run the risk of experiencing delays in shipping due to a newly released version of Android or iOS.
However, we are deeply committed to our release date. We will be open and transparent with you about any unexpected hurdles, but you can be confident that as an early CliQ supporter, you are our top priority.
