You hit one of the points for me, yes. I am going to strongly recommend that you guys work on expressing empathy to your backers: it goes a long way.
What you typed: Zombie Bard more information was included in the second update for today. Hopefully that is more to your tastes and helps you feel more confident in the communication we are offering.
How that makes me feel: Like you just want me to check another update and see if that is "doing it for me" so I'll pipe down.
How that makes my wallet feel: You should put more money in me.
What you could have typed: Zombie Bard more information was included in the second update for today. Hopefully that is more to your tastes and helps you feel more confident in the communication we are offering. We apologize for any misunderstanding and hope to work towards regaining your trust as a backer, customer, and community member.
How that would have made me feel: My concerns and feelings (as a result of my current experiences) are being acknowledged and both are being addressed.
How that would have made my wallet feel: I don't mind how much is being spent on TOS as we are feeling good about it.

LepperGod that's because it is only part one!
Fun story! Unfortunately the story stops, seemingly prematurely, at the 29 min mark.
I do not like or appreciate the change in direction regarding communication. I no longer feel good about this Kickstarter, which I had until a few weeks ago maintained a high level of excitement. I have removed several backerkit add-on items in the spirit of "voting with my wallet" and will likely continue to reassess said items as time goes on and updates are made.
Going forward I strongly recommend that the Wyrd staff better consider acting upon the promises they have made us at face value (Box art is not a shipping update), practicing empathy when dealing with their backers (It is not my fault as a 2x double commander backer that your production is behind - I am attempting to pre-pony my hard earned money toward your project and to support it in my community and I hardly think it's fair for my concerns to be hand-waved away as they were last week without empathy), and sticking to your communication promises (Backerkit Close dates and Manufacturing statuses, please).
This is the second Kickstarter I have done with Wyrd and the second time I have regretted doing so. That can be turned around but that won't happen unless the message being delivered, and how it is being delivered, changes drastically.
I want to continue to be a customer of Wyrd miniatures, I really do. I own a large number of Malifaux miniatures (have played since first edition), play in, run, and backed TTB since 1.0, and have played 1-2 games of TOS a week using backer rules and proxies since they were distributed. If this customer and consumer experience does not improve and better align with my needs as a customer and consumer, however, that'll be it for me: I don't want to support a company that uses smokescreen updates and can't be upfront and honest when I'm trying to give them my money on Kickstarter.
I love this game, I really do. I have since I first played it but for me that isn't enough. I have to love the company making it, too.
This is awesome. Not as awesome as the expected shipping information, but awesome. Still in track for June shipment? Any idea on when the backerkit will close?
