About this project

24H at the end of our kickstarter!  

Unfortunately it went wrong, but we are grateful to all our backers, who have supported us and so we decided, for all our backers will get a free copy of the final game for PC or Mac (the game will be in HD, with more frames for animation, many more game mechanics, and many other features)!  

This is our little gift for our new friends who believed in us!

IMPORTANT: 

We have received several requests for explanation about the smoothing of the animations of the characters. 

The current version in game that we show in the videos, is build exclusively for Smartphone and Tablet (for an optimized memory management), versions for PC, Mac and Linuk animations are more fluid, with better resolution, and more detailed (see the image below)

Fighters Unleashed is born of our love for the old 2D beat 'em up (Double Dragon, Final Fight, Streets of Rage etc), and it is for this reason that we decided to revamp this style with a modern graphic style, and a mixture of gaming system the scrolling beat 'em up and the classic 1 VS 1. 

What we set out from the very beginning, was to give a simple and intuitive gameplay, but with a wide variety of animations and combinations. 

For all you who enjoy being one vs the world, and for those not tasted this style of play. Fighters Unleashed is being developed for mobile platforms like iOS, Android and Windows Phone , but also for Pc (STEAM), Mac, Linux and Ouya, and if we reach a stretch goal, will be possible to make an adaptation for PS Vita, PS4 and Xbox One . That is why we need your help to make this project a reality. 

We tried to optimize the controls for mobile devices (smartphones and tablets), to make the gaming experience enjoyable and continuous, but always with other platforms in mind, like PC, or even Consoles. 

Fighters Unleashed is a scrolling beat 'em up, frantic and fast, in which the two protagonists of this story (Charlie and Alexia, and other secret character) they will fight against the organized crime to restore peace in their city and more important for them to recover a very important person.

 The game uses 4 buttons:

- (A) Punch: pressed repeatedly performs a series of punches in the sequence

 - (B) Kick: pressed repeatedly performs a series of kicks in sequence

 Is possible to perform alternating combination buttons (A) or (B).

 - (X) Jump: combined with the (A) or (B) allows you to execute combinations of kicks and punches in the air.

 - Pressing twice on thearrow pad (Left, Left) or (Right, Right) the player run.

During the run animation, if you press (A) or (B) you can hit the enemy.

 - Pressing 2 times (Up, Up) or (Down, Down), you can move the player faster.

 - Hold  (A) or (B): If you fill the bar, your character perform an energy attack

 - (S) Super: It is activated only when the energy bar is full filled

- When the character was shot and left on the ground by pressing button (A) or (B) within 2 seconds, you can perform a stroke while standing up straight.

The game is divided into 5 levels and 5 Boss, and each level is divided into 3 sub-levels with unique graphics. 

Each Boss has unique moves and attacks near and far.

In this mission you were faced with the chaos unleashed by criminals, ninjas, soldiers, zombies, robots and gangsters

Fight versus Spike, the most powerful criminal in the city, Tetsu a legendary ninja from a mystical clan, Mark a dangerous soldier, with a great knowledge of survivor techniques, Aurora, a very beautiful woman, super intelligent scientific, and Coatl, a very strong wrestler, he hide his identity behind his mask, and you must find out why and who he really is.

During the game you can collect a number of items, which will allow you to recharge the bar of vital energy,or collect an extra life or simply to increase your score.

More Platforms: We would like to take Fighter Unleashed to other platforms, such as PC, MAC and Linux in HD version, or even consoles like PS Vita.

2 PlayerMode: Ability to play with 2 characters simultaneously

Unlockable Character: finishing the game on hard mode you can unlock a new character

- Ability to pick up objects and throw them (crates, barrels, knives, shuriken etc.).

- Areas of the game where there are traps (Blades coming out of the ground, electricity etc.)

- Add more variety of gameplay, for example:

A) DIFFERENT TYPES OF STAGE BIKES: the character will be at the wheel of a motorcycle, in a frantic race against time, in which it must avoid a series of obstacles (crates and barrels), with the ability to pick up objects (extra time, energy up etc.). Every time you hit an obstacle, the bike will slow down, wasting precious time, but you have the possibility of use the NOS to speed up the run

B) STAGE ELEVATOR: This section of the game character will in an elevator in which at each stop will a multitude of enemies.

C) DANCE FIGHTING: The Player must hit various objects (bottles, boxes, etc.), following the rhythm.

Although we already have an early version of the game available and running, since the game is developed under our own engine, there is still much work to do and so many things to add and modify in order to give to all lovers of this genre a product to remember, and that's why we need your help!

          

We are Flynet Studios, since 2010 we are working in videogames.  

We are a small team, just 4 people that work full time for create videogames.  

Our main objective is to develop serious games based on those we played when we were kids in the arcade rooms but with the modern technology and adding our own ideas too.  

Fx3 (available for Android and iOS) is our best game to the date, is a free boxing game, that already have more than 5 millions of downloads.

NOTE: THIS VERSION IS AN ADAPTATION FOR PC OF THE VERSION FOR SMARTPHONE AND TABLET. THE FINAL PC VERSION WILL HAVE BETTER QUALITY GRAPHICS, RESOLUTION HD, MORE FRAMES ANIMATIONS AND INNOVATIVE GAME MECHANICS (Combos, Grabs, etc.)

Risks and challenges

After many months of work, we were able to test the game on various platforms (Android, iOS, etc.) with excellent results!

We found no major bugs or slowdowns in the game, So do not believe that there are particular risks of production.

We worked hard to create an editor that would allow us to manage the characters and levels accurately and that allowed us to manage the memory in the best way!

Now we are in the process of introduction of new game modes (stage motorcycle, stage lift etc.) and working on new characters.

Since we are working with our own game engine, and we are a small team, we can not promise a develpment without problems and risks, but we are very confident we can resolve any technical problems that might occur in any platform.
