We want to build a network of Little Free Libraries for the wonderful Highams Park community in North East London. We are working in partnership with the Highams Park Arts and Culture Group (ARC) to deliver this exciting new project.
We will build the Little Free Libraries in our magic workshop in West Sussex and are working with ARC to find wonderful local artists to decorate the LFLs with unique and inspiring designs. We will install them in residential locations where the local community will have access to a wide range of wonderful books housed inside public works of art.
We are working with ARC to build up to three Little Free Libraries in total. We have started with a funding goal of £300 which will allow us to build, decorate and install one LFL. If we can raise £600 we can build two and hopefully we can raise £900 and build the network of three Little Free Libraries.
We are a non-profit organisation that build and install artfully decorated Little Free Libraries around the UK to promote reading, art and community engagement. We create our projects with the supoort of the communities into which our Little Free Libraries are installed.
Before and after installation we will promote the project by engaging with as many people in the community as possible, including schools, libraries and community groups.
The ARC group seeks to develop and promote arts and culture in Highams Park, and alongside formal input into the Highams Park Plan, is developing a range of projects across the area. We are pleased to be able to work in partnership with them on this exciting new project.

Risks and challenges
We will need to find a wonderful local artist to work with us to decorate the Little Free Library. ARC have lots of connections with artists in the local community and so we are confident that we will be able to find a fantastic artist to work with us on this exciting new project.
