  Backer from Austria here. Didn't get anything either so far. Tried contacting Keewifi several times, but they remained mute on all channels.
  
  My assumption is, that they are trying to raise money on Amazon, so they can stem the reward fulfillment. that would be bad, but still id like to know about ongoing problems. not communicating at all is incredibly unprofessional.

  @creator It would be nice to see an update on where you are with shipping, if anywhere. As one poster noted, this product is available for purchase and we have yet to see anything, so apparently the customs issue has been resolved to one degree or another. Please let us know what is happening with out investment.

  I put this project on my Facebook page and let my friends know how low this company was - backers made them successful and then they forgot us. I bet a grassroots effort by all is backers on Facebook might shame them a bit - which might be what they need.

  Nothing received, no contact, no tracking number. I am disappointed to say the least. Am I ever going to receive the router or not? I am on the verge of giving up and raising a disputed charge with the credit card company.

  As mentioned in comments that this is available on Amazon, can we just get a coupon code to get it from Amazon? Rather than worrying about 'taxes', phone numbers and delays, this would make everyone much happier, Just a thought.

  Dear Backers, Sorry for late reply. In order to avoid so many tax issues. We have found a new forwarder who could help to handle the tax claims in a better way. We have signed the contract with them. We will ship out goods in next 2 weeks for all rest backers who have replied us the phone number. Then we will send the tracking numbers to backers by kickstarter message.

  @Creator, I have been very patiently waiting for this to arrive but am now feeling very betrayed that other websites are selling these despite many of us not having received ours. We backed you when you didn't have a product and now you seem to not be showing us any consideration or respect. Very disappointed in you.
