The Evil Eye clan is one of the many groups of Fomorians. It takes its name from the great cyclopean king at its fore - Balor. Ruthless and brutal, Balor rules his clan with utmost authority and his minions see him as a god.
The Evil Eye raiders are the largest warriors in the forces of the Fomorians - ogre sized.
This project seeks to fund the production of new and improved multipart Fomorian raider models. The models comprise of bodies, with options for heads, tails and both hands.
The models are best suited to 40mm bases - large infantry for most tabletop games.
All models are to be cast in resin.
Should the target be met, more hand options will be added to the selection and new models entirely.
Below are two example bodies with differing heads, tails and hand options:
There are 6* right-hand weapon options, 3* left-hand weapon options and an empty left hand, which can be left empty or is very suitable to attach a shield to. (Shields are the first stretch goal for unlocking.)
6* different tails.
16 different heads!
5* raider bodies.
*Obviously these numbers are likely to increase through stretch goals.
Note that images are example arrangements in regards to heads, tails and weapons. You will get the most varied range of weapons, heads and tails when selecting sets. You can request specific types of weapons (all spears / all hand weapons) if required - just drop me a message.
With the exception of the random raider pledge, the bodies are specific.
Weapon sets will become available as add-ons once we're funded.
Krakon Games' Axegrind range is ever-expanding. As well as Fomorians, there's a multitude of different fantasy species available to explore, with their models available as add-ons for your pledge. However, let's look at the Fomorians first:
The starting funding target is to cover the cost of producing the multipart raiders, but should this be met, each increment of the target will unlock other new options and models.
Postage will be requested outside Kickstarter once your pledge is ready to be posted. Postage covers the cost of posting your parcel, plus the cost of packaging and handling your pledge. Shipping estimates are below, based on Royal Mail calculations on 1st June 2019. This may change subject to Brexit shenanigans.

Risks and challenges
Krakon Games has successfully run over 17 Kickstarters. We have established a strong working relationship with our casters, allowing us to understand each others methods and expertise. We are confident that there will be no foreseeable issues with production.
All models offered at launch are sculpted and ready to begin production.
