Update on the Bike Blanket design and when we'll be delivering

Hi folks,

Bike Blanket production is nearing completion, you'll all be glad to hear! We're having the units shipped over in small batches so we don't have to wait for the entire order to complete before we can ship them out. I'm being told that shipping will commence within 10 days and will provide an update when everything is in transit.

We've had the packaging designed and the product insert to help you fix the bike blanket to your bike in the correct way. I'll update everyone with what this looks like soon!

I wanted to give you an overview of the redesigns we've developed over the last few months so I've created the video here:

Thank you again for your patience. The delay has been down to the sheer amount of time the redesigned unit has taken to produce, the manufacturer having to recalculate and renegotiate the cost of shipping post Brexit due to the significant fluctuations in the exchange rate and the fact that smaller batch orders tend to be pushed down the production line when much larger orders come in. We've struggled through these obstacles and will have the units with you very soon - promise!

Any questions you may have, please let me know on here or at hello@bikeblanket.com

      Thanks for the update.

At the time of originally backing this product I was in contact with you regarding the fixing points on the forks as my bike has disc brakes and used thrumaxle instead of traditional QR skewers.

From the video you state that the fixing points have been redesigned. Will this affect the use of this product on my bike with thrumaxles?
