Uh-oh. Starting to feel like I was a bit of a chump for funding over the $10 level. Is this project still active?

I do not approve of "Boomboxes" and find them pretty offensive. But I nonetheless support the project as functional "art" not functional "entertainment" ... I also support it on the outside chance I might be able to use visual images of it (with permission) for another project but that's getting as remote as ever. Good luck.

I think this is a great project, bringing art into communities and out of the gallery, celebrating the vibrancy of pop culture, music, memory, people. Inspired. More power to Got the Power!

Holy Crap! This thing is going to be installed 7 miles from my house! I pledged $40, wish I could do more. Can't wait to see it!
