I am sorry for the late reply.
Our product Holus are till under manufacture process and won’t be available for shipment right now. We encountered some difficulties during manufacture stage and our founders are till negotiating the details with the factory. The estimated delivery date will be around Fall 2017.
We certainly appreciate your support so far and apologize for all the delays. Our team are trying our best to speed up the whole process and wish to fulfill the delivery as soon as possible.

Wow, not looking good here is it? I was one of the first backers too and really excited to see this product, even at beta stage. Where is my holus?
Well they aren't responding to anything. I can't see how they would entertain any requests for refunds.

Time to start requesting refunds i think. Why is kickstarter allowing these supposed companies to set up these projects that quite clearly have no intention of providing a finished product. there needs to be more safeguards for the backers to stop these scammers. lets not forget if this holus is eventually sent to the backers then we still have to pay the shipping. its a bit insulting when a person has pledged $750 and still a year later we're still waiting. not good enough. i want my money back please.

This is the second project I funded and the same thing no response and kick starter doesn't care because they already have their money!!!!!!!
I think we (the backers) need to accept that this project is over and we'll never see a product or a refund.

You promised that you would give delivery dates in Fall 2016. So please at least give an indication of what can be expected.
What is your plan now to get the backers what you offered ? You have slipped many months already and like what the previous guys mentioned ...it is beginning to smell. Think Kickstarter needs to scrutinize you guys further and everyone is loosing patience and faith in the project.

Thank you for all your messages. First of all, we apologize for the late reply and thank you for the support until now. Your patients had indeed been our strength working diligently to provide you the best result we can. We are a small team to handle this project. So far the budget has been used for negotiation with the manufacture, hardware improvements as mentioned in previous updates and finishing Holus SDK including documentation, applications and tutorials.
We know that as a young team and company, the backers from Kickstarter supported and trusted us from the beginning. We understand that it is not easy situation for backers. During past one year, we were always thinking on how to make the product perfect and try as much as we can to make the product better every day. What we want finally is to deliver Holus to you, and it will be a moment you won’t be disappointed with it at all. You will feel it is already not the one you saw on Kickstarter video, instead, it is a clear upgrade from 1st version to Holus 2.0. And these changes we know will bring value to you and your family with variety of apps to use from.
With all the goals left so far to fulfil, we will improve our time and budget management more for which we saw our backers got disappointed because you have to wait for a long time. Also due to having very little resources to be spent on customer service, we feel really bad about ourselves for not making you happy and providing what you deserve on time.
But we are not giving up, there are new achievements for manufacturing process. Previously, the key part of Holus was its image quality which would originally cost our unit beyond what we were offering on Kickstarter. In order to bring down the price to what we have asked from backers, we had been asked to provide $2million upfront for modelling fee from our previous manufacturers.
This was the major setback for our first delay and throughout all these months we have now figured out a design that can go into manufacturing process without us providing such a high modelling fee without losing the quality.
As mentioned in the comment section before, we are still waiting for our manufacturers to provide us with the exact timeline to give us the dates for new model making and manufacturing dates. We have already lined our post manufacturing supply chain management system for inventory and shipping. And as promised all our Kickstarter backers will get the first priority and in fact our first batch of manufacturing is only focused on Kickstarter units.
Meanwhile, we have been also hard at working on Holus applications which we will plan to release on all the major app stores. For our Kickstarter backers we will provide it for free due your wonderful support right from the beginning. Infact there will be a separate update coming on this as well very soon.
We would also like to know if you would like to join our SDK beta testing team and help us test plugins for Unity at this point. We will share documentation and other details with you, when you are willing to sign up for the program.
Hope we can continue working together, because we all know the simple move in this new direction of holographic reality which has never happened before has certainly not come as an easy milestone for us. But we made it together so far and we are always here to answer any queries you may have and listen to any suggestions, ideas and advice you may have for our team for better performance. We will always stand besides for what we all together saw a future.

Hi Ken, Ultimate and Lee. As you can see our message on Nov 2nd, we are working hard on acquiring dates from our manufacturers on shipping timeline. As of now, what we can say that our manufacturing has begun but in very early stages as it goes through several stages after that in order to have product ready to be shipped. And we plan to provide correct information with all the proof in a very transparent manner. Hope this helps for now.

Hi Terence, We are expecting either this week or next week to be working dates with manufacturers which will include different continent. From what I can say right now, there won't be much difference for the shipment time, as we have our inventory they will be pretty much shipped which should be received to you within 5 business days. And we will make sure that you receive a tracking information for the shipment.
Please can you advise the date this fall (as last promised) when you will announce the Holus plus delivery schedule for Kickstarter backers. I am particularly interested in UK shipment. Thank you.
Hi Kirpa, Certainly agree with your comment there, we understand that it can be difficult. However, this time the way we are dealing with manufacturers is by literally being on backers side asking all the proofs and accountability on the way. We will have more updates through which we won't just rely on final results, but remain in close contact through which we can be assured about the progress and all the work being done to meet our expectations.
@Hplustech - The initiatives you have taken to get so far and develop an entire community around you is commendable, but you need to give a concrete update with firm shipping timelines ASAP! I'm losing confidence in the project and its extremely disturbing at this point - shooting out an update isn't hard. If there are delays so be it, but keep the communication alive, not just on the boards but as solid updates that get out to all the backers out there...
Everything we have mentioned, is something the we at H+ have gone through. Yes, perhaps a better understanding of the timeline from the begging would have helped. However, we are trying our best to reach the goals and fulfil all the orders as soon as we can. We are meeting our manufacturers to understand about the timeline, and plan to keep everyone updated. If it were for false promises and excuses, we would have done bunch of updates with no substance, however we want to make sure that any information in the future is backed with concrete data and proof not just from us but also from manufacturers.

We pay due apologies on being late and we are trying our best to deliver the units on time. The rest assured we are continuing our work on it and there is nothing to doubt out, we could have done updates, but we want to do a concrete one as mentioned before that shows transparently and clearly on how everyone is held accountable.
There are no any updates since aug 2016. Pls make some updates tell us the latest news thanks. Will it will still be shipped under schedule this oct ? I'm doubt about it.
Yes we ware working on a final update that will clear out all the manufacturing related details including dates (although there are a lot of other updates and news related to H+, we want to focus only on Manufacturing at this point). Currently we are pushing as hard as we can for this fall and keeping our manufacturers accountable for their deliverables. We will keep everyone in loop as we progress forward. Best, Team H+
