Custom or Universal TrailPix, WITHOUT ballhead. This package is usable with most compact point and shoots and smartphones (smartphones require an adapter like the iStabilizer). The absolute ultimate in simplicity and light weight. If you find you need a ballhead, you can always pick one up elsewhere. Add to your pledge appropriately to include any add-ons.
Custom or Universal TrailPix, WITH ballhead. Most people will end up wanting a ballhead to fine-tune alignment and make the TrailPix compatible with cameras with larger footprints. Included is the Kinjue BD-0, a very good quality, extremely lightweight ballhead capable of handling up to a 4 lb. DSLR. (See limitations section). (See reviews on Amazon for Oben BD-0, which is the same component) Add to your pledge appropriately to include any add-ons.
Early Adopter: Ultralight + accessory pole.
This is what I use, and I love it. Get these while they last! Note: To make a tripod with the Custom TrailPix, an accessory pole is required. Add to your pledge appropriately to include any add-ons.
Smartphone: Everything above plus the iStabilizer smartphone adapter. I think I tried every solution on the market, and this was the one that combined the right attributes for size, weight, and usability. Works with phones up to 2.75" wide.
Capture Compatible: Ultralight+Accessory Pole and an ARCA-style quick release base compatible with all Capture V1 and V2 release plates. This package does NOT include the capture system. It does make TrailPix compatible with Capture release plates manufactured by Peak Design. See FAQ's for complete details.
Everything: Everything you need to get started with TrailPix. Includes everything above plus the quick release base and a total of (3) release plates, plus the Leki Quantum Speedlock Trekking Poles with industry-leading 10 year warranty. You can can spend more or less on poles, but these are a good mid-range solution.
